This was a great stay. Only stayed one night. Family of four (2 children - 6 year old and 2 month old). Room was 2 queens size beds and was very spacious. Very Clean and I am a clean fanatic. We stayed in room 311.

The hotel, while still nice, has declined since my last stay in May 2006. The most obvious example was the plastic-wrapped plastic cups in the bathrooms, compared with the glasses they had before. Service was still very good and it's a very convenient location, so still a good choice for downtown.

I stayed here 10 years ago when it was the Le Meridian and it was a classy place. The age shows a bit in places now that it is the Westin. It is still a good hotel for downtown dallas but parts of the hotel were worn and looked old. Rooms were nice. Very comfortable beds and widescreen tvs. Spacious and quiet so having a comfortable rest was easy. Resturant was good but expensive. There were plenty of low cost options in the plaza area next door for lunch and breakfast. Drinks in the lounge in the evening were a costly but it was popular with the hotel patrons as it was crowded every night. Wireless was costly, $15 a day. Business center was hard to access. Would not stay here again for business. Trolley stop was right outside of hotel. Easy to get to from Love Field.

Located downtown but not to far from the uptown area where there are some decent restaurants. I stayed in a King bed size room and it was just ok. Westin is know for their Heavenly beds and thats all this hotel had to offer. The room was quite small and looked dated. I have stayed at Fairfield Inns that look much nicer inside. The room had a small TV and for business users, the wireless internet is extra and not thru the hotel. The Westin at the Galleria about 20 mins north is much better for the same price usually.
