Very nice location as already mentioned by other reviews, very close to airports.
Nice pool with wi-fi so good to work lying on the sunbeds in the pool area.
Nice gym, with treadmills and runners, small and dark but efficient with Sauna and Steam bath also, much better than Sheraton Grand Maratha just opposite.
Buffet restaurant quite good and better agaub than Sheraton.
VERY NEGATIVE POINT: rooms are not sound proof at all.
it seems doors and panels between rooms are too thin and too cheap for this kind of hotel. Moreover if you are so unlucky to have a woman on the upper floor than you, you hear all steps while walking instead of sleeping...
As a SPG gold member I complained about this but nothing could be done except paying more for a top level floor room so that you have nobody up to you.
VERY POSITIVE POINT: highest ratio rate/quality in Mumbai if you have to chance to get a local rate.

Nice travel hotel - small and owned by a local
Guest name: NEohiotraveler, NE Ohio
This was my first trip to Mumbai. I arrived quite late and received excellent service. Check in was extremely fast and well staffed. My room was nice but a little on the old side. It was clean and quiet even though I was on the first floor facing the front entrance. The breakfast was excellent. I did not eat in the hotel for any other meal. I needed to request a couple of things from the front desk and I received it within minutes of calling. The wake up call always includes a second call to ensure that you are awake. One time I got into the shower soon after my first wake up call and didn't answer the phone for the second - so they sent someone to my door to be sure I was OK. I liked the fact that this hotel is owned by a local businessman. I felt safe. The hotel next door (i'm a little jet lagged and cannot remember the name) was beautiful. Very large and had some great restaurants. Their restaurant Pan Asian is definately worth going to.
A classy place in Mumbai

This is relatively small hotel near International airport (which in Mumbai is a great advantage due to ever congested roads!) that has a colonial style setting with European service! The service was superb! And the rooms was inmaculate and the piano bar/lounge is a real treat while enjoying some great wines (which is a rarity in India). And, if you hire a car from the hotel to take you to the airport, they will drive you in a latest model Mercedes with an Indian driver who is exquisitely courteous! This is one of best places to stay in Mumbai!
