Spent two nights and absolutely loved the location. We had the most spectacular view from our room. I had booked a 2 queen bed “fallsview” which for some strange reason was cheaper than a similar king bed room. Our first room was on the ninth floor (916) and the view was blocked by the next room jutting out about 20 feet and blocking our view down river. I asked for change and was given not only a fantastic view (guess what- there was a whole other falls American/Bridal Falls down river) not visible from the first room but the second room had a king bed, spa tub, and fireplace! I never wanted to leave.
The hotel is up on a ridge above the river and you have to walk a long way to get down or pay $2/per person to ride the incline down. It seems that the hotel should give complimentary passes for the incline especially since they are charging $20/day to park your car.
Would definitely recommend the hotel.

My family of five had a reservation for five nights at the Marriott fallsview, however we only stayed 3. The room was fabulous, the view was breathtaking and could not have been better. We had a room on the 15 th floor with a view of the horseshoe and american falls. We were able to see the falls light in color at night and the fireworks over Rainbow bridge without leaving our family suite. (2 room suite, with french doors dividing the 2Q beds from the sofa pull out.) Two tv's etc. We decided to check out a couple days early ( and saved $650+ in room charges) because we had run out of things to do. Maid of the mist and other Niagara parks attractions are great, but clifton hill is much like a carnival, not something our family enjoys. The hotel and area is very pricey for everything, 20 oz water or orange juice is 3.95-4.20, and starbucks is 6.00+ for coffee. We did not eat a meal as a family for less than 85.00, not including Canada's various taxes and tip. This is not to take away from the beauty of the falls, but when/ if you visit Niagara, bring plenty of spending money! Overall we enjoyed it, but it was at the end of our vaca, and we were also anxious to get home. The hotel staff were great.

We stayed here for one night on our way to Toronto.
Our 9TH floor suite had a fantastic view of the falls.
The room was clean and well maintained, with a fireplace
in the sitting area, large jacuzzi tub, and the most comfortable
bed my wife has ever slept in. When we got home she said she was calling Marriott to find out where we can get a bed like
theirs.
Valet-only parking is $20.00, but we parked the car and walked everywhere.
Its about a 15 minute walk to the Niagara Falls attractions.
There was an incline railway in front of the hotel that takes you right to the falls. It was $2.00 for the ride.
With such a nice room and wonderful view, I could have easily stayed longer. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going
to Niagara Falls.
