We stayed at this hotel last night. This hotel was great! We booked the Rock N Roll package. We walked there and back. There are great eating places within walking distance also.The staff was was very helpful. I would recommend this hotel if you are in the Cleveland, Ohio area.

Simply perfect. Super location if attending any event downtown. Rooms are a bit small but very nice, very clean. Nice pool area. Very friendly staff. I will return for sure.

We booked this hotel based on the good reviews on this website. You will not be disappointed. Rooms are very clean and well decorated with flat panel TV, refrigerator, and very comfy beds and pillows. Mnor problems were promptly addressed. Good staff, nice breakfast buffet, and the location on the plaza was pleasant. Fairly close to Tower City restaurants and theater and to the Warehouse District restaurants. (You can ride free trolleys to acclimate yourself.) 10-15 minute walk to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame (some uphill walking on the way back). You will spend all day there. Next door is the science museum and a tour of the William G. Mather ship museum also next door is worthwhile. I can highly recommend this very, very nice hotel.

Booked this hotel after reading excellent reviews and couldn't agree more! We loved this hotel! The valet parking and check-in was fast and easy. Very pleasant and helpful staff! Had a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame package which included tickets to Rock Hall, parking and breakfast. Hotel was perfectly located between Rock Hall and Tower City. My sister and I felt very safe walking around this area. Hotel room was very comfortable and clean. Loved the extra comfy pillows and mattress. This room had a great view of lake and was very relaxing to come back to after a long day. I would reccommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

My husband surprised me with a quick weekend getaway to Cleveland for Memorial Day weekend, because we had been talking about going to an Indians game for a long time. He picked this hotel, based on its reviews here - and he made the right choice! The hotel is recently redone - and all of the rooms are very comfortable, wonderfully appointed and very clean. They feel very modern and fresh. The beds were extremely comfortable. The room we had was a bit on the small side, but not cramped. The bathroom isn't fancy, but it's clean. The hotel's location is very convenient and truly walking distance from all of the sports stadiums and from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. We took a $5 cab to get to the Warehouse District for dinner - I recommend calling for a cab back to your hotel, however, since flagging a cab on the street is tough (but not impossible). We also discovered that this hotel is favored by many celebrities/sports teams, as there were very polite signs asking guests/visitors not to ask people for their autographs. :) We would have liked to experience the spa at the hotel, but unfortunately, it was totally booked because of a wedding at the hotel that same day. All in all, a great hotel in a great location to enjoy all that Cleveland has to offer.
