My husband and I stayed here as part of our honeymoon trip to Ireland. What an amazing experience it was. The room was massive and furnished really nicely. Everything was immaculate and well maintained. Staff couldn't do enough for you. If there was a problem, it was fixed right away and apologies all round. The pool is lovely and all the pool facilities are great. The SPA is excellent - we had a hydrotherapy bath and it was amazing! The dining experience was excellent, service first class as was the meal, live pianist quietly playing in the background. Check in was excellent, front desk staff were great. In fact, any staff at all we came into contact with were so helpful and friendly and professional. This hotel deserves its 5-star rating. We would love to go back.

I got married in May and had my reception in the KPH. It was the most amazing hotel with staff that were incredible. Everything was abosutely amazing and the hotel was out of this world. Everyone of my guests (and there were fussy ones!) did not have anything but the very best to say about it, from food to staff to the bedrooms to the attention to detail. No stone was unturned, but the really amazing thing about this hotel is that no matter who you are you will always be treated to a 10 star reception. It is my son's favourite hangout on a Sunday and everyone is so nice to him.If you want an oasis of calm, luxury, friendliness, relaxation and everything to be perfect then I definitely recommend this hotel. It is also extrememly child friendly (and my little boy wouldnt be the quietest!) From the moment you are greeted at the door with a fantastic smile until you leave, you will feel that if this is what heaven is like, it is worth being good! Killarney's best hotel by far, I would go so far as to say it is Ireland's best hotel. You really cannot get better. As for the spa, I go there every 4 weeks for some time out and you really do feel like you are totally relaxed and that all the staff in the spa are fantastic and they give you as much time as you need and are extremely good at what they do.
All in all this is definitely a diamond worth visiting. Even if you cannot stay, you should definitely go for afternoon tea, really is amazing. It really is amazing, every staff member I met down there, there was one more polite and friendly and professional, and all with a smile on their face. I could go on all day!

I paid a return visit to the Killarney Park in early June and once again it didn't disappoint. Great food, a great welcome and a beautiful comfortable room overlooking the garden was truly a receipe for a wonderful weekend. Sunny weather was a real bonus and we enjoyed the sights of Killarney once again. The Killarney Park has a fantastic location in the centre of town so once the car is parked, explore the town on foot as we did and enjoy all it has to offer.
I am looking forward to my next trip already.

On a recent driving tour of Ireland, some friends and I stayed at the Killarney Park Hotel.
It was just wonderful - wonderful and helpful staff, beautiful room with great bath and amenities. It was tucked away in a beautiful garden setting very close to the main town center of Killarney.
It was probably the overall best place we stayed on our trip. It had only one problem (at least, for me) - no wireless internet. Other wise, it was a great hotel...... a little on the expensive side, but still great.
The morning breakfast was very good, and the staff was always accommodating.
I highly recommend it.

This hotel is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in in Ireland. Definitely nicer inside than the Sheen Falls. The hotel staff couldn't have been nicer and the warm welcome is just the beginning. The hotel is situated in the heart of Killarney and is in close walking distance of the town. We had a wonderful first night in the hotel and we decided to stay a second night at which point the hotel upgraded us to a suite which was just across the hall. So even though we had to move we didn't have to move far with all our stuff. The suite was gorgeous and the bed was heaven...so comfortable. The hotel restaruant was absolutely beautiful. The decor was so warm and relaxing. The meal was really tasty and wine was really lovely. All in all we could not fault the hotel. I thought it was good value for money and the standard is excellent.
