The staff here really went to the ends to make our stay perfect. Some minor issues with the room but nothing to really worry about.
7 minute shuttle ride to free shuttle, came about 13 minutes after I called. Simply sign up at the front desk for your ride to the airport and they will get you there pretty quickly.
Area is full of restaurants to walk or drive to.
Room was clean and nice. Shower head worked but had become disconnected from the wall. Door to the room did not fit well and was very loud trying to properly shut it. Did not seem to hear people except for those who seem to forget they are in a hotel and demand on walking with clogs at 4:30 in the morning above us! Standard continental breakfast decent, not great.
However, the staff made this hotel for me! I had checked in a day earlier than my family since I was already in Florida on a business trip. We had requested a crib for 2 nights but I explained that I would only need it for the 2nd night to allow another family to use it. The next day I reminded them of the request but learned that all of the cribs were now being used, except for one that a traveler had used for her dog! The front desk promised to figure something out and about 45 minutes later was brought a brand new crib that they had just purchased from a local store in order to accomodate me. It really impressed me that they would do this. We plan on using this hotel every year for our disney trips as we like to do a few things in other parts of orlando for a day or two before staying on disney property.
**Note - the hertz rental center is only a 5 minute walk from this hotel, which means we could return our rental car then take the shuttle back to the hotel.

Stayed here just one night for our flight out in the morning. Checked in early. Nice large room with a comfortable bed. The place in very clean. Sign up for the free shuttle to the airport.
There is what appears to be a new park behind the hotel with nice trails for a walk. There is also soccer/baseball fields in the same area and a small play area for children. Also there are several places to eat within walking distant. We dropped off our Hertz rental and just walked over the Tony Roma for dinner then back to the hotel.
We found the staff very friendly and helpful. When the printer wasn't working in the business center the staff printed our boarding passes at the front desk for us.
The breakfast area is large and very good selection. We would stay here again.

My criteria for this visit was to find a decent airport hotel with a reasonable price for a 5 night stay. For the money, this was an excellent choice. The hotel was extremely clean. Everything was in excellent working order. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was a step above the usual hotel breakfast. Highly recommended!

I needed a place to stay overnight near the airport and based on reviews here, this was exactly what I needed. The hotel is clean, looks very new, bright and cheery decor. I had made a reservation directly through LQ's website and received 2 email confirmations, both of which I brought with me and presented at check in. However, I was not in their system. They called the other LQ just to make sure there was'nt a system error and that I was reserved at the other hotel (because I would be charged for the room if I didn't who up, which was very nice of them to check on) and they also called the main reservation system and they confirmed that I had a reservation at this location. They honored my reservation and my room rate ($109) but only had king suites available, so that's what they gave me. The suite was huge, had a separate room (separated by curtained french doors) and a large bathroom. One sink in the bathroom. I was all the way at the end of the hall (room 430). I couldn't hear a thing inside my room, but when I opened my front door I could hear a very loud family in the suite next door. Couldn't hear any road noise either. One down-side was a saw 2 teeny-tiny ants in the room (one by the microwave and one by the bathroom sink). It may just be a Florida issue that one deals with, but that was the only thing I could complain about. The bed was incredibly comfortable and lots of pillows available. It was a nice way to end a long weekend trip visiting family.
