I have stayed at this hotel several times, every times the service seems to get worse. The first visit i came to the front desk at 7am on a sunday morning requesting an extra towel. was told they did not have any, however i could go out to the pool area and there might be some there. the last visit, my wife and son were checking in along with another couple and were told that our reservations were for smoking rooms, my wife questioned the clerk about this and was told she could upgrade for twice the price to a smoking room, she declined, then they made her sign a waiver thet she would not smoke in a smoking room. We do not smoke. i called the hotel reservations phone number on the website to ask for assistance, this was about 1 am in the morning, so obviously i was not happy about the treeatment of my family. they assured me that someone would call me back. after three days i called the corporate offices and asked to speak to someone concerning this issue. they took my information and again assured me that someone would contact me. that was 4 weeks ago. still no contact. now i have a son in coolege in Oklahoma City, we visit 4-6 times a year, the other couple has a daughter that will be going to college there this fall and will also visit 4-6 times per year. i can assure you that we will be staying elsewhere from now on. as a matter of fact my wife is returning this weekend and will be staying at another hotel. this issue has also affected my business, in that i have several employees who travel to dallas texas monthly, we normally stay at the La Quinta Inn by our training center, we will no longer stay at this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for one night while driving through the area. The outside/grounds of the hotel are very nice, as well as the lobby. The room was somewhat dated though. I had a "whirlpool" room, with a whirlpool that didnt work. If you get one of these rooms, your shower is a small stall shower. My main complaint with the hotel is the cleaning air freshner/ smell of the rooms. They must spray some "febreeze" type air fresher in each room because mine was overpowering. I asked to switch rooms, but the second room was exaclty the same. Its very strong, so if you have sensitive allergies or would be bothered by a stong "shampoo" scent, then you might wanna check the room out first.

I have stayed at this hotel on several recent business trip to the OKC area and have had good experiences.
The rooms are well designed and very comfortable.
The breakfast has all of the standard options, the only issue is that
it is sometimes difficult to find an open table to sit at.
There are a few dozen restaurants to choose from. Mi Mi Café that is located within the same parking lot is very convent, and has a varied
menu. They server breakfast throughout the day!

DO NOT STAY HERE! Worst service ever. They are very rude, no customer service at all. The manager was very rude! Worst expierence ever.

The only nice thing about this hotel is its looks! I beg of you not to stay here. You will be discriminated against and treated in the most deplorable fashion there is by there extraodinarily unprofessional staff! You will be expected to behave like a prisoner or at the very least a child on restriction! Your children will be threatened and treated horribly by the staff, they will be expected to remain in your room at all times and will not be allowed to talk and will be only allowed to eat a small portion of the "complimentary" breakfast! This is lodging that should be all means be avoided. There are too many nice and comfortable hotel chains that will treat you with dignity as if you are part of the human race unlike this staff. My children were traumatized by the emotional distress caused them by this staff, forced to tears and feared just to walk down the hall on their tiptoes! I could never in this review express my disgust and disappointment in this facility and would only ask that you rethink this before staying here as you will be VERY, VERY sorry if you do choose this for your lodging!
