Triple Charged our Credit Card

We recently stayed at this hotel with our family. A few days after we left we reviewed our bank statement online. La Quinta Inn charged our credit card three (3) times when we checked out. We called the hotel only to be hung up on! We have tried several times to get the charges reversed; however, NO ONE wants to take care of it.
This morning an employee said the extra charges were "in holding" and no money was removed from our account! I'm sorry sir but the hotel has taken an extra $300 from us and won't fix it!
I would not recommend staying at this hotel because of the lack of professionalism in fixing their mistake!

It is confusing to find the entrance to this hotel - there's a service road off a side street -- I first went to the La Quinta Suites by Applebees -- only to be told I must want the one a half block down by Texas Roadhouse. I wish we had stayed at the other one.
I booked a room with a king bed, sofa with pullout bed, microwave and fridge. Sounds nice and roomy, huh? Far from it!! All furniture pcs were pushed together to fit. And the microwave and fridge sat on the floor!!
No closet. No bathtub. And you had to walk past the toilet to close the door of the "bathroom."
The lobby looked welcoming and they did have a nice little breakfast, but the rooms are old, musty, and crowded.
The hotel looks nice from the highway, but not up close.
Speaking of the highway, our room window overlooked Hwy. 41. A bit noisy.
Oh well, we survived. Live and learn!
