Beware of Room 325!! Broken bed

Stayed one night. Arrived tired and very late. Not in the mood to deal with a less than adequate room. Was very disappointed in the room quality because this was obviously not up to La Quinta standards...more like Budget or Economy Lodge lack of quality. Have no idea what the rest of the rooms were like but truly disappointing experience for this weary traveler assigned to Room 325.
Room looked fine but when I sat on the bed something went crunch. Broken box spring? When lying in bed, king size bed tilted on one side, so I slept on the other side of the bed. Bed continued to look fine so probably not noticeable to housekeeping, but something was obviously wrong and had been wrong from the start. Notified the management on my way out the door in the morning. Staff acted like they could have cared less.

The hotel staff was friendly, the room was comfortable and clean, newly remodeled.
The restaurant that is practically attached to the building is closed and an eyesore.
However, the pool was a green nasty swamp and the carpet in the hallway in front of the laundry room and workout room was flooded to the point that your shoes squirted water up when you walked. GROSS!

We arrived late, our room was on the fourth floor. We never heard anyone else in the hallways or through the walls. Very private. Our room was a 2 full bed suite. It included a large livingroom, a refrigerator, microwave, ironing booard etc. The continental breakfast was great, lots of selection. Freindly and courteous staff!

Stayed here a week for a conference in mid-March 2007. I was VERY comfortable in this hotel and would definitely stay here again if I am in Tulsa. Was in hotel from about 6 pm to 7 am most days. Hotel is right off the freeway but no road noise. About 8 minutes from the airport. Good parking, well lighted, I felt safe. The room was very very clean, firm comfortable beds, in-room microwave, fridge, free internet and voice mail. Bath was VERY clean, tub plus shower, good quality towels. When walking in hall I could occasionally hear sounds (TV) from other rooms, but when in my own room everything was quiet.
Polite, helpful, unobtrusive staff. Clean breakfast area. There is an outdoor pool but it was covered for winter. Restaurants and a mall in walking distance (quarter mile or so). Computer and printer available near the lobby for checking Email and on-line flight checkin. Small exercise room, just 4 pieces of equipment I think. A few times I caught a faint cigarette smell in the main hall but the breakfast area and my own room were entirely smoke-free.
Two minor disappointments but these are personal preference things. I could not open my window -- on the 2nd floor -- to let in fresh air (there was an air-conditioner but I like to have fresh air without the noise of the fan). Also I didn't like the flavor of the coffee for in-room brewing, and the coffee in the breakfast area wasn't very strong. I appreciated that they had a good selection of tea and juice as well as coffee.
