this hotel stay was disappointing. i am a seasoned traveler and cannot believe they charge the rates they do for what they provide. i have stayed at discount hotels for half the price that were just as nice or nicer. the service, quality, and general layout of the hotel leave much to be desired. the TV's are almost dead and the beds are not much better. there are other hotels at the same price (or cheaper) that are far superior but you will have to book early because those fill up quickly in a town like this.

For the price we found this place to a good choice for short stays. It was clean and maintained. My only complaint is that it has exterior entrances instead of inside hallways. Not a problem in the summertime, but a bit chilly going in and out in the winter.

This hotel is ok and probably even good for Farmington, which has as its most exclusive hotel the Courtyard Marriott. It is on a road not far from downtown and the Riverwalk. The CY, a Comfort Inn (which looked nicer from the outside), and other basic restaurants are located in the same block. Be aware that this is a motel (outside rooms) and not a hotel (inside rooms), which I was disappointed to find out, as the area is not so great. The rooms are clean and basic and there is a small outside pool that is fairly nice. All in all a basic, functional hotel that isn't going to win any awards but is ok.

I ended up living out of this motel for a week while I tried to find a job and a place to live. (The latter was much more difficult than the former.) They didn't advertise an Entertainment Book rate, but they did quote me one upon request, which saved me a tidy sum over the course of the week. The room was clean and pleasant, and the staff were courteous and helpful.

The hotel rooms were nice and clean. The price was reasonable considering the time we were travelling (Memorial Day weekend). All the hotel rooms have exterior access. This is more of a motor inn or motel than hotel, but we found the accommodations quite nice. This is a good place to stay if you are on the road and passing through Farmington. It is located on a main road and close to many decent restaurants.
