I am a 60-year old nurse and we were up from Moncton for our daughters wedding..She had no idea when she suggested this dump just what it was like....We had no air for three nights...and it was at least 105 degrees in the room....There was not a phone we changed rooms at 1:30 in the morning only to find it was no better and probably worse...At 2 AM the second night it was so hot and unbearable I called the office to at least get a fan...yup you guessed it ..no fan..This is the worst experience at a "Hotel" I have ever had...I have stayed at economy hotels before I did not expect a jacuzzi...but I expected it to be clean and cool...It was hot hot hot and dirty dirty dirty....When I think of Hamilton...I now think of this place and it literally makes me sick to my stomach...Please DO NOT stay at this place....a park bench with an Esso washroom would be better...thanks

The lobby was nice and clean. Walk into the hallways and into the rooms...filthy. The rooms look as though they were furnished from a thrift shop. Nothing matches. Burn holes, strange stains and smells. The bathroom was dirty. Even the sheets had stains. There was a tissue in the bed---that wasn't mine! No one had changed or washed these sheets! There are no visible security cameras in the hallways. The place is dimly lit. I felt unsafe here. The only good thing to say about this place is that the staff were nice. Otherwise, it's just yucky!

If Pigs are looking for a room they will have choosen the right place this was the most discusting place I have ever stayed wish I had read these reveiws before I stayed their.

We stayed in the airport in for 2 days at the start of our holiday and thank goodness the rest of our hotels were not as grim as this one. The corridors were like something from Cell Block H. The room was well enough equipped but needed a good clean. The fan in the bathroom was disgusting. The place smelt of smoke, staff were not very helpful, there was no coffee available in reception as advertised and the free shuttle from the airport no longer exists. We wished we had paid more attention to the reviews before we booked this.

Crack whores would be embarrassed to stay here. There were 8 large patches (dry wall mud) in my ceiling, wallpaper peeling off the wall and I have slept on hide-a-bed couch beds that were more supportive/comfortable than this. They advertise WI-FI...but the signal is so low, I can't connect through it (thank goodness for my wireless card!) As a business traveler, this is unacceptable. I am exhausted after a long dat of traveling, and am staying the night out of sheer desperation, but will be hunting for other accomodations in the morning.
