We had a very poor experince here, as did many other guests who were also complaining at reception. Basically, this is not an Inn in the hotel sense, it is a very tired old drive-in Motel in a state of some disrepair (which the hotel web site photos do not show). It is managed by Asians (India) who whilst clearly advertising free breakfast included in the prices, do everything they can to avoid providing their advertised breakfast. They have no breakfast room for starters. When pressed, they give a hand scribbled note on the back of their business card for a resturant across the street which turns out not open for breakfast. The Asian managament also argue black is white that they did not offer breakfast in the first place - even though the web is clear. The rooms were damp, the pool dirty, the air con tube not even connected the beds were not made on day two. We stayed two nights (pay in full on check in) but then found much better Motels such as very modern Travel Lodge, and Days Inns offering the same rates with a full hot breakfast buffet included and closer to the falls. We would very much pass this old shabby hotel by in future.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!! This hotel is a complete and total dump. No towels, the shower floor was dirty, there was stains on the chairs in the room, curtains were not even hanging on the rods, there was some type of red stain on the bathroom walls. Do yourself a favor and do not ever stay here. We called for towels in the AM and nobody answered the phone, we tried for over an hour. BEWARE no coffee pot, no hair dryer, no shampoo, conditioner, absolutely no amenities. I wouldn't let my dog sleep here. We ended up moving to the DAYs Inn right down the road for 25 less and it was very nice and clean.

The hotel wasn't that bad for the price. It is very close to everything. The room was pretty crappy but it served its purpose. The bed was like a rock but the jacuzzi was very nice. The management is pretty crappy too though. I had to ask 4 different times for towels. I had to wait 2 hrs in total for them. Overall, it wasn't horrible but I wouldn't stay there again.

I notified the hotel that my party would be showing up early and leaving our cars at the hotel while we took part in a wine tour. When we showed up, there was some confusion whether we should be checking in or not. I had to check in and pay in full (at 10:00am) but was told that I couldn't have a room until 3:00pm. I would have to pick up the keys on my return to the hotel later that day. When we checking in, my friend requested the use of a bathroom, since we had just drivn in from Toronto, we were told they had no public bathrooms. When I returned, I picked up my keys and went to the two rooms I rented. If you get room 109, unless it have been fix, ask for a new room. The door kept getting jammed and my friends were locked in their room waiting for managment to come and unlock it and when the management tried the door, he locked himself in the room. We got a new room. When went to bed, we pulled back the sheets to find footprints washed into one set of sheets and our room was crawling with spiders, which one of my friends found in her bed later that night. There were condom wrapers under the beds and the bathrooms were not that clean. One bathroom has a hole punched in the door and a broken towel rack taped together. No one had a good sleep, all we could hear was people running up and down the outside halls screaming and yelling. The following day, as my friend crossed the parking lot to meet me, one of the employeed approached her and repeatly ask for the key, she told him that she was going to wait for me and we would be checking out together.
