Booked here for a one night stay, business-trip.
My colleague and I worked late (our room was reserved with a confirmation-number, **guaranteed late arrival**.
They GAVE OUR ROOMS AWAY. When asked what "confirmation number, guaranteed late-arrival" meant, the desk-person lied, obfuscated, dissembled, misled and ducked. He would not even admit that our rooms *were* given away. He would not do anything more than say "we don't have a room" - over and over.
I called the Roberts Companies at 314-231-1100 (the owning corporation), and they had no interest in any kind of redress at all (I don't want money or a free stay. i have money, and I won't go into their hole now, except at gunpoint). I wanted an explanation and an apology.
Still waiting for that return call from the general manager.
Avoid this dump, and don't book here even in a pinch - that's what we did, and they gave our rooms away. Ended up staying at the Red Roof Inn (probably the cheapest hotel-bill any of our clients will ever, ever get.

I loved this hotel. Check in was easy. The staff was super friendly. The rooms were huge and very clean. The housekeeping staff did a great job. There was construction next door and you could barely hear it. There is no wireless internet, although it is easy to pick it up from other sources in the area. The hotel is very close to both the Arch and the Convention Center. There is lots to do within walking distance.

First of all...no parking. You have to park a mile away and carry all of your luggage. No place to even unload. Second...the rooms are disgusting! Unchanged bedding, couches ripped and stained, front of the TV stained, bathroom was dirty, dirty dishes in the kitchen. I was afraid to even stand in the center of the room! We RAN out of there as fast as we could.
Now, over a month later I am still fighting with them to get a refund. This was the worst place I have ever seen.
After leaving this hotel we went across the street to a much nicer place. We found out someone was shot outside in the alley last summer.
RUN, don't walk away from this place.

We stayed in the ws because it was close to the arch and a good location, a nice lobby, looked like a nice hotel, little did we know that when we entered the hotel room, there would be stains all over the carpet, burnt out light bulbs, no silverware, the bath tub was not working, no soap, the doors had "nasty stuff" all over it, and the pillows were at least a foot thick. IT was VERY hard to sleep on them. The ladie at the front desk was very rude, the gym and spa were outragiously horrible, and, on top of it all, they overcharged us.
This hotel was very vacant, If i had to guess, I would think that the hotel was a place to get drugs.

You would be better off sleeping in the public restroom at the St. Louis Arch. It's much cleaner!!!
