Great, Renovated, Stylish!!
Guest name: 1life4ever, Zurich
I have been at this hotel before and after renovation. One thing is for sure: the attention they give to the clients is awesome. Now, this hotel is so quiet, nice and stylish. I love the attention at the pool, you can order food at the bar or drinks there too. The parking area is very safe with private entrance and is fully attended. This compared to other hotels where you have to fight to find parking and share it with other public visitors is a great advantage, as the guests have their own private parking area. The buffet breakfast is great with just about everything you want and more. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a bit of privacy and quietness. Is close enough to everywhere and the area is quite safe for b walking too. Around the corner on the left side of the hotel there is a great hot dog / snacks/ fast food stand which is attended by somebody who speaks perfect english.
This hotel has a great rate which includes full buffet breakfast and parking. Other hotels in the area are quiet crowded, with first come first served parking, lots of tourist and people around, and casinos with lots of noise there. ahh and no breakfast included either.

The hotel is under renovation, so make sure that when you book you mention that you want a renewed room because the older ones are horrible and unlivable. I arrived Monday evening and unfortunately the person that booked my hotel didn't mention that we wanted a renewed room, well when I walked into the bedroom it smelled like humid, an unbearable smell, the bathroom looked like a cheap motel bathroom, the toilette looked like a public restroom toilet and the shower was the smallest shower I have ever seen, it didn't even had a bathtub on it. The bed was very hard and the linens where kind of dirty, of course I demanded an upgrade immediately and they moived me to one of the3ir VIP suites, which was very comfortable and clean. Thank god it was a business trip and I had to be up early because since the hotel was under renovation the noise started at 6AM every morning. The breakfast is ok. One thing they do well is service. The peolpe are very nice.
For the cost of the hotel, at least until the rennovations are done I would look for another one.

Stayed here 11/07. The room was really nice and modern, would compare favorably to any Marriott or Hyatt-type of hotel in the US: Large flat screen wall-mounted TV, modern contemporary furniture and fixtures, stone tile in bathroom, room with toilet is separate from room with shower and sink. They are in the process of renovating, and we got one of the new rooms. They told us they had already renovated 80 out of their 300 or so rooms. They hadn't yet renovated the lobby or some hallways, so those weren't as nice as the rooms. The hotel is expensive, the equivalent of around $200 US per night, although we got a break on that through a friend of a friend who works there. Breakfast buffet was included, this was the only thing we found kind of mediocre, and none of the servers looked particularly happy to be there. But other than that, front desk service was great, and we found everything overall to be good.
