This is an older hotel. We were a little disappointed when we arrived since it did not look old on line. The room was adequate, clean and had a refrigerator & microwave. The beds were comfortable but this whole hotel could use a make over. Staff was friendly enough but we found later when we got home that we have been charged twice. Once when we made the reservation and then again when we checked out. We called and was told there was a mistake and we would be credited immediately. The price of the room was reasonable and they had a pretty nice continental breakfast which we could up grade to the full buffet for $3 per person, which we did. I do not believe that we would stay there again since there are newe hotels in the area.

OK hotel for one night stay on a tour.....good size room, average size bathroom. Clean and comfortable.
Great view across to the mountains from the higher floors.
Very few restaurants in the immediate area unless you have a car...however the hotel food was fine and reasonably priced. Service good and staff pleasant.
Free internet in lobby.
Would only recommend for a one night stay as nothing to do in the area.

I checked the reviews AFTER I booked this hotel, so was a little dismayed by all the bad reviews.
The lobby is nothing to write home about, but the staff was very friendly and efficient dealing with several people at once.
We were surprised to find a very nice room on the 6th (top floor non-smoking) floor. It had been completely renovated, good bed, free wifi. When I checked out I asked if all the rooms had been renovated and was told they had a new manager as of last March and all rooms have been reno'd.
I wonder if reviews from several years ago should be deleted?

This was a first class hotel. The only problem I had was the first room they gave was not cleaned. The bed was made, however, the previous guest had a party and pizza boxes and empty bottles were not removed. The front desk gave me a new room and upgraded my breakfast to full buffet which was very good. They 2nd room was very clean. This is another hotel that I would stay at again.

Past reviews caused me some question as to what I would find for room quality. My room was fine. No negatives other than the carpet could have been vacumed more carefully.
