This Hotel Started out not that bad. But, as our trip went on I became more and more disappointed with my stay. First when we arrived, I had reserved 2 rooms for 3 days each. It was like pulling teeth to get them to bill my cc correctly. They put a hold on my card for 2 rooms 1 night each twice. I ask them on Sat to remove the hold, called my bank to fax info to have the hotel request the hold be removed and they (the hotel) never fill it out. It took until Wed for the hold to fall off. I called several time and the "owner" and Manager were never around. BAD BUSINESS.. The rooms were not that bad but need improvement. Old looking soap and coffee. It seemed that the house keeper would replace the coffee seeing how the pot was used the morning that she came to clean the room...well, she didn't even bother to clean the pot out let a lone replace the coffee for the next day. The pool was closed which I do understand being the time of year we were there. But, even if it were open, i would not have let my kids swim in it. Also, they should take the joke off of the site called cont breakfast served. It was only from 6:30 to 9am. They only served 2 kinds of fruit and packaged muffins from Sam's wholesale club. If you are looking for a CHEAP sleep this is the place for you but don't expect much espacially if you will be out seeing the sites and six flags most of the time. However, I do not recommend staying at this hotel if you are wanting to hang around the pool an relax.

Well when we got there, the pictures they have are NOT what it seems. The people were nice, but housekeeping must leave early, because we didn't have enough towels, no sheets for the coach. The kitchen cabinets were all falling down. We were only there 1 night and that was enough for us. The pool is NOT owned by the HomeGate they share it with the Comfort Inn. I wouldn't say don't go there, it is a cheap place to stay. The area was fine.

If you look at this hotel off the freeway it looks like the Marriot but soon as you enter the lobby the furniture is old and dirty. The only reason we stayed was because we booked the hotel through Hotels and couldn't get our money back. The rooms had dust mites, stains on the sofas, the kitchen was dirty, the toilet wasn't clean. We had lysol so we sprayed everything down I never took my shoes off and I never let my toddler down without his shoes. I would never go back to this place again not for a one night stay. I suggest you find another place to stay. We had two rooms and both where horrible. But on the brighter side we got a chance to see the airplanes land and take off the kids enjoyed that. Also, the cleaning crew didn't mind giving clean linen at anytime.

This hotel looks nice from the outside, but when you step in the door everything changes. My reservations were incorrect to begin with, but that was fixed. The first time I went to use the restroom the toilet handle was broken, and sitting on the extra roll of tissue. When I complained I was told maintenance was not there. My father fixed the toilet, the next day it would not flush. It took maintenance 3 hours to come and fix it!!! To top our stay off at 12:30 a.m. my son went to take a shower and flushed the toilet, IT FLOODED THE ROOM!!!!We were then taken out of a double room and put in a single bed room---the most disguisting place ever. To top it off management offered me a $10 credit for my trouble.----DO NOT STAY HERE.
