We ended up at the Coral Beach resort after a bad experience at another hotel. Overall all we had a good experience however I would like to share with you that My husband and I feel that the hotel should probably invest in some new mattresses and bedding. They were very uncomfortable. Another problem is the people saving chairs. I believe it is fine for the guest but I would say that at least if not more then one fouth were not guest of the hotel and chairs around the pool were lacking. I realize the bar profits but the people that have paid to stay should be the first concern.

After spending $199 a night we checked in to find the floors, bathroom and kitchen to be filthy!! The bed sheets were filled with sand and dirt. I had to go to the front desk to request clean sheets and file a complaint. The staff failed to contact me until the morning we were checking out. At that point the executive staff haggled with me through 5 phone calls to compensate us for our troubles, at which point they failed. I would never waste my money on this property again!!

Loved the yacht ride -it was the highlight of our stay - the yacht was amazing & Captain Ryan & first mate Greg were great . The room was ok for the price, but could use some updating & the kitchen cabinets were sticky. The kids loved all the pools & hot tubs, but you need to request towels at the front desk - there are none available in the pool area. There was public access to the beach right next to the hotel, so the beach got crowded. Compared to some of the other hotels in the immediate area, it seemed like this was one of the better ones. The front desk workers were nice. The hotel has outdoor corridors to the rooms.

The hotel was everything we expected it to be and more. After reading some of the negative reviews on this site, we expected a few problems here and there but everything was great. Our room was clean along with the pools. The service was there for our every need. For the little money I spent for this vacation, the hotel was just fine. The only problem we had was that the elevators were very slow. We will stay there again.

My husband and two childeren stayed at Corale Beach along with my bother inlaw and his family. We had recomended the resort because we had stayed there the year before. We had a king size suite. This year was very disappointing the pools were ok, the pool area was well kept but I can not say the same for the room. They were VERY VERY DIRTY the first night I noticed the floors were very dirty. The carpet had not been vacumed, the kitchen was had old dried food on it. We had a king size suite and the sheets where old, worn out and did not fit the bed they were constintly falling off. It made it very hard to sleep comfortable. We made several calls to the desk they would appologize but never did anything to fix it. One day house keeping never showed up so we called there solution was to leave a bag of towels are on the bed. My family had really like Coral Beach but I was extremely disappointed with housekeeping and service. In this day there are no excuses for the lack cleaness and lack of service especially for the price they charge. I would not recomend Coral Beach to any family.
