My wife and i stayed one night in this hotel on a short sight seeing trip.I have to say that i couldn't fault the place
-The location was excellent literally around the corner from the museum quarter where you are treated to some incredible history and architecture
-the staff on the front desk provided the best service i've encountered. We initially were given a twin room so i immediately rang down and requested a double.Within two minutes the key to a double room was delivered to our door. They also provided us with a phone charger and an adapter for my wife's hair dryer.
Believe me when i say this was a treat after the"customer service" we recieved in slovakia(kip)
-the rooms were lovely, modern and comfortable and with plenty of space for the two of us
-the cost was probably a little more than we would normally pay but in my opinion it was worth every penny
-the included buffet breakfast was superb smoked salmon, fresh croissants, baked breads etc...
stay there you won't be disappointed

I loved this hotel, will definitely seek out others in this chain in the future. Great location, FANTASTIC breakfasts (enough to keep you going until the evening!), friendly and helpful staff, nice rooms, good bar.
No complaints!

Having stayed at a K+K hotel in Prague i knew what to expect and i was not let down at all. This hotel is situated in a quiet street near the museum quarter. The foyer is well designed.I was able to go up to my room immediately upon arrival despite arriving at 11.00 am.I had a twin room although on my own.It was spacious clean and light. The bathroom had a big bath which i like.Although the matress was harder than i prefer it did not stop me getting a good noghts sleep.Breakfast was extremely good with every taste catered for.I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will be staying at other K+K hotels in the future.

This is the second K+K Hotel we have stayed in and the facilities are very good. Great selection at breakfast, free internet access and good size rooms (if you have a double). Some people in our party had twin rooms and these are not as good as the doubles - but still better than the rooms in most hotels.
The Hotel is located next to the Spittelberg area of the city so there are plenty of places to eat and drink. You can easily walk into the city or get the Underground.
If you want to try some different beers go to 7 Stren Brau, Siebensterngasse 19. This is 10 minutes walk from the Hotel.

I had never heard about this hotel chain before I originally booked it for Budapest but eventually transfered my plans to Vienna.
It is a modern, well appointed hotel but not as cutting edge as advertised. Definitely on the up side are the breakfast and the free internet access in the room (so many hotels charge as much as 40 USD for a day of connection). Location is also fantastic within walking distance to everything you want and need in Vienna. On the down side is the fact that we were welcome by a young trainee (nothing bad about this as everyone has to start somewhere) who received absolutely no help from the other senior hotel receptionist who was looking at her. The condescendence the latter showed for that poor girl was even sickening.
You might want to try one of their fantastic packages (Klimt, Mozart, etc...) that include everything you need to make your trip hassle-free (72 hours travelcard, museum / concert ticket, welcome drink...).
We did not try the restaurant as there is a lot of choice in the vicinity. Surely spoilt ourselves otherwise ;-) On the budget / junkfood side (don't be offended there but who might decently say the following is healthy) we surely had to try some Wiener Schnitzel and far from the touristy Figlmuller we found ourselves a couple of blocks away from the hotel in an inside courtyard (perfect in the summer) fed with amazingly huge serves of the local delicacy (more than we could eat and we are big eaters!).
