We stayed in a 2 BR unit in this apartment for 2 nights. We found the unit to be very modern and clean. Both rooms had a walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom in the masters bedroom was a bit small. Both bathrooms only had a shower. I didn't like quite well that the water in the shower area did not drain efficiently. It seems like the drain was a bit higher than the rest of the shower area so, there was water left on the floor. The kitchen is well equipped complete with all dining and cooking utensils up to peeler and food grater. The unit came with a TV, DVD player, internet access, washer and dryer, iron/ironing board, hair dryer. The balcony was the biggest I've seen so far in the apartments we've stayed in. It stretched from the dining area to the masters bedroom. We had the view of the Brisbane river from our unit. There's a building construction going on in front and beside the apartment, so it's a bit noisy during the day. The construction starts early at 7AM but when you close the balcony door, the noise gets muffled, so its not really so bothersome unless you're very sensitive.
The hotel is near the Queen St Mall which has a lot of dining, shopping options. There is Woolsworth and Big W about 2 blocks away. There is a free city sights bus stop a block away.
The staff was efficient and helpful. We came in at around 11AM but the room was not ready yet. But it was by 2PM when we came back
I will still consider staying in this apartment next time.

We stayed here for three nights in a one bed room apartment on the third floor. The first few floors are basically car park with only a few apartments that face the street. The advantage of this was being able to park right outside our door. However we did not get a view other than of the interesting street scene from our reasonably sized balcony. The pool was closed for the first day of our stay for flooring renovations and unfortunately this continued to be extended by the management and we did not get to use during our four day stay. However we did sneak a look and it looked very nice.
Our apartment was well appointed with a good kitchen, dining/lounge with study corner. The bathroom was a good size with a laundry tucked away at the end. The bedroom through sliding doors with direct access to the balcony had a mirrored door wardrobe that was actually a large, walk-in storage room.
The apartments are conveniently located to Brisbane CBD shops, the river CAT (public transport at very cheap $), riverside walks, Southbank and the gardens. We used Brisbane as a base to take day trips to the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and hinterland as well as sight seeing in Brisbane. This plan with our hire car worked out well.

These are brilliant apartments. They are huge two bedroomed, finished to a very high standard with a large balcony. The complex has a heated swimming pool, gym and sauna and this added to the feeling of luxury. Very highly recommended and very good value at AUD$250 per night.
