Rates do not include 12 percent tax or 117.00 USD service charge. Service charges consist of a 50.00 USD cleaning fee, 42.00 USD linen fee and a 30.00 USD processing charge. A 6.00 USD damage waiver insurance fee will also be charged per day. Total fees equal 122.00 USD.

A Building has five floors and three elevators, B Building has five floors and three elevators, the Five Seasons Centre has three floors and no elevators and the Renaissance Tower has twenty-two floors and three elevators.
