I have stayed at the King's Inn at least four times. As always, it was clean and comfortable. They just put in Keurig coffee makers. They do not have many amenities, no shampoo, clock, kleenex. But I prefer a clean room with a fair price. The location is good. It only takes 15 minutes to walk to Clifton Hill. I will most likely stay there again in the future. Another reason I like that motel is it has an outdoor pool. There are many hotels on Fallsview Blvd. that I am sure are beautiful if you don't mind paying very high prices for, including parking fees. For me, this hotel fits my budget and is clean.

I enjoyed this hotel! My boyfriend and I arrived at the hotel at 10am. We didn't expect to check-in but our room was all ready available! They let us into our room early and that was a plus. They even gave us a 10% off coupon for a breakfast place down the street. We had a nice clean room with a large TV and electric fireplace. The bathroom was spotless as well. Make sure to bring your own shampoo! Overall we loved this hotel. It is a short 8-10 minute walk to Clifton Hill. Great price! I would stay here again for sure!

Family vacaction road trip, we had stay in a ramada the night before. But at the kings; clean, perfect with the pool the kids loved it. And for the adults 10 minutes walk from the main street and 15 minutes walk from the falls. in between all the restaurants and commodities needed. The service was very good you need a tip or any information the staff will help you in anyway they can. Ok it's not a five star hotel but it was perfect for my family. The best place and time we had in our 2 weeks road trip to the states and ontario canada.

Had a horrible dream where I stayed at a hotel in Niagara Falls called the Kings Motor Inn. Where the hotel management had attitude and were just plain rude, And in this horrible dream of mine there were bugs all over just not at night but in the day like silverfish, thats what my girlfriend says that they were,well guess what maybe white man can't jump but white girlfriend did after seeing one of these weird looking things in the washroom, think now these bugs crawling all over you while your probably asleep.Well I woke up and I was in that dream and in this @#4% hole. When you think things don't get any worse they did, I saw my visa bill and they charged me room damage in the hundreds, We were all well behaved adults and did not do any damage to this hotel or any hotels,and I've stayed at many. We are now going through the better buisiness bureau about these crooks. So do yourself a big favour and think again cause you will not have an enjoyable time and might have a unwanted surprise on your credit card. good luck.

well the room was dirty the bathroom are dirty and they had bugs in the room we ended up sleeping in the car, we had pictures of all this but they wouldn't let us leave if we didn't delete the pictures and they were goin' to make us pay for a room we didn't sleep in...So we deleted the pictures but beware do not stay there, the owner is rude and they even tried to argue that we would put the bugs there...Now why would i do that and want to sleep in my car. We didn't pay for the rooms because we deleted the pictures, but i suggest no one go there for extra few dollars stay in a clean Hotel because they are a cheap motel.
