In serious need of bldg maintenance. Rm was clean and comfortable but no fridg or microwave, small (19") TV, very cheap bitter coffee. No WIFI available. The complimentary buffet was mediocre at best.
Locals recommended: Econo Lodge, Holiday Inn Express and Pagosa Springs Inn as better alternatives for our next visit.

Our experience with the room was bad - and with the manager was worse.
The lobby looked good and must have been recently renovated. The rooms are another story. First, we were given a room with no heat. Then we were moved to a room where the sliding glass door would not lock. Although there were not many people staying there, they had a problem finding a room that was able to be occupied. At that point I wanted to find another hotel, but the manager told me that once my credit card was in the computer, I would be charged - even if we did not stay there. I suggested that the charge could be contested, but she told me, "I don't care, I win every time." I'll let you decide if she will win your business. Whatever happened to hotels that value the customer?
Most still do - this one does not. My advice - Stay away.
