I stayed at this hotel for one night and that was one night too many!! The elevator was the first sign that this was going to be a dump!!! Old is one thing---dirty is another.
Loud air-conditioning in the room---dirty carpet . I could go on and on but I'll just get to the point...the biggest cockroaches I have ever seen were sharing my room with me.

I've stayed at the Legacy several times over the past several years, including repeated visits (12 times) over the last month and a half. The place rocks every time. The suites I routinely get are large, clean, comfortable, quiet and affordable. The Legacy is primarily a business hotel, catering to the federal courthouse across the street.
Bar and restaurant service is limited even during weekdays (but great
when it IS available) and not available at all during weekends. A shame, but understandable given that the hotel is largely empty most weekends. There are plenty of food options, including Chinese, barbecue, Italian, pizza, and fast food within three or four blocks.
My suggestions: a built-in bottle opener in the kitchen area of the suites; a few basic dishes (real coffee mugs, for instance), two remote controls (since there are two televisions) and better patio furniture, perhaps just a small table or two to accompany the plastic
chairs. Housekeeping also could occasionally give the deck a cleaning.
People here are good and friendly. I don't understand the bad reviews
at all.

Horrible!!!! Elevator broke down, heater broke and we had to negotiate for a space heater. Shower runs hot to cold every few minutes, bar & restaurant shuts down at 8.30pm, stains on the furniture we don't even want to know what was caused by...
Business or frequent travellers beware: if you are accustomed to any even mediocre level of cleanliness, service and hospitality in a hotel, you must not come here if it's your only choice. Compared to this, the Holiday Inn Express is a five star hotel.
yes, it's that bad. We had to hack into the internet connection as it's been down for two days, now we have the best connection ever. OOOO wait, the heater might be kicking in now!!! yayyy!
better yet, avoid Little Rock altogether. The whole place is surreal.

My husband and I have stayed at the Legacy twice within the last 4 months due to our grandson having open heart surgery at Children's. The staff is friendly and very helpful the rooms are excellent and very big. Now if you want a hotel with bar life then I would suggest you stay somewhere else because the bar is just open till 9 p.m. I think. The breakfast was great. I haven't eaten any other meals here. We plan on staying here again when our grandson has his next surgery.

I stayed here for two nights with my girlfriend and mother. In the breakfast room the buffet carts were perched atop an elevated section of the room. The carts, on top of this 6" to 8" elevated step-up, actually extended past the place where the footing ran. My mother, intent on lifting a lid on the cart to see what food was offered (none, the continental breakfast was SKIMPY to say the least: tiny muffins, no fruit or yogurt, or ...) pitched off the thing and took a hard fall, injuring her back, but thankfully breaking nothing. The manager was smart and quick to offer an ambulance and take a statement, which we refused to sign, but they never offered any condolence, only saying something like, "Accidents happen." It is my opinon this was an accident waiting to happen and they could have at least offered my mother a free stay. No, they charged her. The rest of her trip to Little Rock was spent in acute pain. We were never contacted with so much as a card.
