Great location in Salt Lake City. Room is a decent size. Within walking distance of most areas by the Temple Square. Do charge for parking $5. Helpful staff.

The Plaza hotel was clean, comfortable and safe. It was your basic hotel. Free internet was a good option. Also free shuttle to and from airport was handy. However, fitness area had only two machines. Pooi was closed. Restaurant attached was a family restaurant -- no bar. Good for anyone who wanted to be close to Temple Square or the genealogy library. I was attending a conference and the convention center was a block away which was handy. Other restaurants and bars were several blocks away.

If you like ugly rooms, kids blaring music while dancing in the hall, $5 a night parking, street noise, slow wireless access, and a broken hot tub, this place is for you!

Booked through frontier airlines package with airfare. We had a nice big spacious 1 king bed room with a fridge, microwave, sofa and view of downtown. Everything was clean and staff was friendly. Our friends had a 2 queens room which was actually smaller and not as nice. Was a bit disappointed there was no bar in the hotel and we had to walk a few blocks to get a drink, but I guess thats not unusual in Utah. Location is close to everything downtown.
