Outstanding Hotel near Warsaw's Old Town

I've been coming to Warsaw for business reasons for about 8 years. When Le Regina opened, our hosts decided to try it out -- and it has become our number 1 choice ever since. A small hotel with beautiful, modern rooms, great French cuisine in the restaurant, and very close to the Old Town square. In general it is pretty expensive compared to the other non-chain hotels, but from what I have seen it is comparable to the Sheraton / Bristol / Marriott in price and is much cooler ! The staff is also very professional and helpful.
I really can't say enough about this hotel. Everyone from the company who has stayed here since it opened has loved it. Highly recommended.

I stayed here in Mid-May 2008 on a three night business trip. Excellent service, well appointed rooms and in the heart of the old city. Couldn't fault the service in any way. Rooms were well appointed. Flat screen TV with a choice of English, French and Polish programmes. Well stocked mini-bar, with snacks. Slippers and robes and large bathroom with double shower.
Turndown service and housekeeping excellent and discreet. Rooms very clean. Front desk are helpful English speaking. Breakfast offers an excelent choice of hot and cold food with a good selection of juices, cereals and fresh cut fruits.

A gem of a hotel in oldtown Warsaw...and per my wife, its the best we've ever stayed in among 5 Star boutique hotels. Our gourmet dinner was superb and service throughout raised the bar. Mamaison is a gold standard.

One of the Best Hotels !

I stayed in Le Regina Hotel in Warsaw for 2 nights in May 2008.
This hotel is comparable to the Hay Adams in Washington, DC, starting with top notch concierge taking you to your room, large, exquisite room with tall windows, incredibly comfortable beds (don’t get nervous about the size, the beds are narrow, but you won’t notice!) ending with fresh, nice buffet style breakfast in the morning. I did not have breakfast after the first night, the EU 20 per person seemed a bit overpriced, but quickly found out that going outside the hotel to get breakfast was not only very time consuming (service at any restaurant around the Old Town in Warsaw is VERY SLOW…), but not as good, and ended up paying almost the same!
Overall I highly recommend this hotel! If I have to find something I didn’t like, is the building across the street needs a fresh coat of paint. Can’t think of anything else, and I am a bit picky about hotels I stay in!

Le Regina is undoubtedly the most elegant and refined hotel in Warsaw. All "contemporary chic", there is not a false note - everything is in matching browns and complementary tones (even the dishes in the restaurant). The bathrooms are outstanding.
For a small hotel, it has some excellent features, including a 24 hour underground pool (+ sauna), and a terrific restaurant with delicious high-end French-style cuisine worthy of a Michelin star.
The place, including the restaurant, are undoubtedly expensive, but we considered it was good value for money, for a special occaion.
Its location at the (far) edge of the Old/New Town is great for sightseeing, but less good for business people.
We had a "Superior Room", which was so big, and somewhat sparsely furnished (e.g. it could have used a sofa, in all that space), we found it a bit "chilly" in appearance, and so would recommend a "Standard Room".
