Great Hotel. Its practically a brand new hotel, so the overall facilities are excellent. Very conveneintly located. Just 2 minutes walk from the Akasaka Station (Exit A). Extremely helpful staff, think of the littlest things (loaner umbrellas when it was raining, if you call for something say an iron...its in your room in less than 2 minutes etc).
The only problem was that the room was extremely small...and I mean that! Its advertised as 189 sf...which I am sure is correct. But when you actually look at it...you realize how small is that. As an example...I was sitting on the chair at the desk, there was not enough space for my wife to pass behind me without hopping on the bed.
So if you are not claustrophobic or dont have to spend much time in the room...then you are OK. I would definitely go back.
TIP: to get to this place from Narita airport, two ways:
- Narita Express: Take it to Tokyo Station, take the subway from there to Akasaka Mitsuke Station (Line M), get out at Exit A, walk straight for 300-400 meters. You will pass a Starbucks, and a Doutor Coffee Shop. Its right after the Aston Martin Showroom. Slightly cheaper than the next option, and is faster but less convenient.
- Airport Express: Take it to Hotel Excel. If you have a lot of luggage, get the name/address of the hotel written in Japanese at the Aiport Express Ticket counter, and cab it. Otherwise its only a 5 min walk from Excel. Walk out of Excel, cross the mainroad and turn left. Walk for just a block, and then make a left turn at 60degrees. You will pass a First City Conveneince Kitchen...a Starbucks...and its next to the Aston Martin Showroom on your left.

Nice hotel. Clean. Style. Friendly. Pay ~90 EUR for a single, ~120EUR for a twin which seemed fair. Rooms are obviously small, but normal for Tokyo, I guess. 15 min to metro. Good location.
