We stayed here at the end of June 2008 and so glad we did, the rooms are all suites, kitchenette, dining table, separate sleeping area and very spacious, our room also had a balcony. The rooms are very clean and as the hotel is only a few years old everything still looks like new. The staff were exceptionally friendly and the continental breakfast excellant. Although there isn't loads to do in the area the town of Chemainus is worth a visit.

We stayed here on a drive up from Victoria to Tofino - we wish we hadn't bothered! The hotel is fine, clean and the staff are friendly but there's NOTHING in Chemainus - it was like a ghost town. The drive from Victoria to Tofino would onlt take 5 hours so just push on through if I were you and leave Chemainus to it's murals.

this hotel is relatively new. the room we got had a kitchen. we were also provided with a playpen for the little one. the staffs were very friendly. there is free internet that is quite stable. the breakfast is continental, but is very good. there are lots of choices. they use real cutleries instead of plastic utensils and plates that are so bad for the environment. they also have a nice pool and hot tub. this is an overall very well managed hotel.

This is one of the nicest places to stay when visiting Chemainus. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and quiet. It is great to have the complimentary breakfast that is offered in the morning and the kitchenette in the room is handy for making snacks. Comfortable beds and fluffy pillows. Lots of free parking too.

The hotel is very new and the rooms are tastefully decorated. The room was spacious and had all the perks a traveller would require....comforters, bar sink, fridge, etc. the front staff were pleasant and informative and friendly. However, one thing the hotel lacks is a shuttle service. This would make the hotel excellent. We booked the chemainus festival dinner theater promo. This we felt was a good deal. If you do not have a car to travel to and from the theater, or main street chemainus, it can be a long walk depending how fit and how much you like to walk. Not pleasant if you have to walk from the Via station with luggage to the hotel.
