fantastic hotel everything youcould want but staff very arrogant no welcome or hellos when go in or out which in my eyes dosent cost anything spoke to other english people they said the same ,shame because i dont think i would recommend the hotel unless they have a improvement on the staff customer service whether we are spanish or english we should be treated the same our money is just as good

Great Hotel, smart and stylish (huge beds), with plenty to choose from at breakfast. Location is one of the best in Los Alcazares near bars and restaurants and only 5 min’s from Airport. The area is very Spanish and mostly residential, with a very child friendly long beach. We were only there from Friday through Sunday for a short break and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The best Gin and Tonic in Spain believe me! Not your normal ‘home from home Spain’ like most of the Costa’s, very relaxing, would definitely go again.

stayed at the 525 for 2 nights over the bank holiday weekend. hotel was excellent, only criticism being lack of any furniture on the balcony, so unable to sit out there, otherwise rooms were fab. only did b and b, which was fine, plenty of choice. if you go to los alcazares, you must try el patio, just across the road. dont be put off by the appearance, looks like a big warehouse. the food is fabulous, we tried the steak that you cook yourself at your table. also, there are plenty of restaurants just around the corner from the hotel. the indian in paticular is very authentic. a great place to stay for a short break

we stayed here last week after leaving ahotel in Archena which was ahuge disapointment. (see review on Hotel levante). I had stayed in Los Alcazares 3 years ago in an apartment and was not overly impressed but as we needed to find somewhere to stay at short notice and fancied a coastal resort we decided to give it a try. The hotel 525 was not built last ime I was there but found it on trip advisor and it far outweighed my expectations!The location is excellant near to airport {not too near} 5mins from beach area good local restaurants (try the El Patio} The hotel rooms are well appointed modern decor we had a suite worth the extra cost. The staff were helpful . The bar was stylish and comfortable we did not try the restaurant and we didnt see anyone else in there (it was early and had just opened}.The spa was fine my husband had amassage which was good Altogether avery enjoyable stay we hope to return!
