read the reviews however only accomodation left on a last minute staff flight booking, on arrival i can only say in the words of manuel in fawlty towers the generalisamo is not in madrid but alive and well working on reception. got to our room and spotlessly clean no utensils, one pan 2 plates 3 cups however we were not planning to eat in everyone around seemed to get extra cooking utensils easily just by asking. the dreaded nightclub didnt happen until friday which was the university night for the locals they came out of nowhere at 1am but we never heard a thing. saturday night what a difference i can sleep through a nucleur explosion but my other half was up till 6am when it stopped. relief sleep then the ola girls started do not disturb means nothing when they are shouting ola to each other right outside your bedroom window, the resort is full of touts if you are easily intimadated do not go. anfi resort is time share dont get sucked in i went as a travel rep so didnt get the hard sell it is beautiful but basically they want ?7800 for a one bedroom apartment for one week a year. use the local buses easy. taxi transfer to airport $40 euros bus $6 for two. submarine trip $35 euros each. bus to puerto mogan $7 for two. the windows are so filthy you cannot see so get the glass bottom ferry for $6 euros each and you can see as much in a nutshell would not choose to stay there but if it meant not having a holiday would go back it is not as terrible as previous reviews said think though we got a good week on the nightclub opening times

Lo cierto es que después de leer algunas críticas daba reparo elegir este hotel. No obstante, tomamos esta opción por su buena situación, a dos pasos de la playa y en pleno centro de la playa del inglés. A nuestra llegada, casi a medianoche, nos ofrecieron una cena fria en el restaurante. Teníamos reservada una habitación en el edificio de apartamentos que consta de 3 pisos. Estuvimos en la planta superior que no tiene acceso con ascensor y ese fue uno de los pocos puntos negativos. El apartamento estaba limpio y con un mobiliario no nuevo pero en aceptable estado de conservación. Tanto desde el salón como desde el dormitorio teniamos salida a la terraza desde la que podiamos ver el mar. Si vas a ir es mejor llamar por adelantado y solicitar que te pongan en un apartamento del C1 al C6. Son los mejor orientados, con vistas, y los más lejanos de la discoteca ubicada bajo el hotel. Como tiene una zona de marcha al lado, sobre todo en el fin de semana es posible que haya que aguantar la música a todo volumen de los que aparcan debajo del hotel Para acabar, decir que el personal de recepción y comedor estuvo francamente amable. En conjunto la relación calidad-precio de nuestra estancia ha sido satisfactoria. No nos habría importado quedarnos más tiempo.

Pareja + 2 niñas de 7 y11 años. -Llegas tarde del viaje a la tantas de la noche y el de recepcion te obliga a rellenar la ficha y es su trabajo -La comida mala. -En el comedor vimos bitxos. -El jardin mal cuidado. -El servicio limpieza habitaciones muy anarco. -No se puede dormir hasta las tantas de la madrugada ni con tapones por el ruido de la calle. -Las ventanas no cierran por mucho. -En recepcion pasan de la quejas. -El director del hotel no recibe ni insistiendo en ello. MUY MAL. UN ROBO. UN DESASTRE. IMPRESENTABLE. SI PUEDES NO VAYAS PIENSATELO QUE SON TUS VACACIONES

Just returned from a week in the aparhotel partner Playa del Ingles with my boyfriend and can quite frankly say this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Saying this I cannot fault the cleanliness of the hotel just everything else. The hotel is right above all the clubs and pubs in the resort of playa del ingles which we thought was great on the first day as the clubs were just across the road. We returned after a night out and felt like we were still in the club that we had left it was that loud. The hotel took 2 days to try and find us a room away from the clubs after several complaints. Then they moved us next to a room that they were doing reburshiments on. The breakfast in the morning was quite frankly disgusting and cold all the time no matter what time you arrived for breakfast. This hotel is not suitable for the elderly, families, couples and people who are looking for a lively time as they won't get any sleep. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
