Ok so we took the wrong turning ( as instructed by the Hotel De Fierlents staff) into the main centre of Brussels in rush hour. This did not go down well at all. Not only are the Belguims taught how to drive BADLEY, there are no road signs, traffic signs or any signs at all for that matter. Once speaking on the phone to Sebastion (the nicest receptionest you'll ever speak to) for about half an hour we managed to find the hotel.. Can I just start by saying that the area was a dive!! Seriously now, my partner and I were really concerned about leaving the car. Completely full streets of shifty looking people... The hotel itself was alright.. Pretty basic: bed,shower and telly. Really nice if all you are doing is sight seeing and out of it all day. Dont use if you are wanting a relaxing time.. Breakfast was nice, but always make sure you go down before about 8.30am otherwise the food is stale and hard. Hope this feedback is what you are looking for. Thanks for reading!!!

Estuvimos dos noches. Mi Mujer mi hijo de 9 y yo. Al llegar a eso de las 12h me dijeron que no habia habitaciuones - la reserve 6 meses antes - despues me dicen que si que deje las maletas en consigna - detras de la barra del bar-. que ellos las suben a la hab cuando este libre. Volvimos 21h, las maletas seguian detras de la barra del bar. La habitacion tenia la cama mueble de mi hijo sin extender y sin hacer. Nadie se hizo responsable de nada, todos pasaban de todo. La habitacion mala, estrecha hasta decir basta. OJO a la escalera, es de caracol y muy estrecha, y como te quedes a oscuras jodido, porque las clavijas de la luz solo funcionan a golpe de karate, me cai y la maleta cayó escaleras abajo. Muy mala la atencion, no lo recomiendo a no ser que no tengas pelas. Yo solo buscaba un sitio para dormir donde poder ducharnos y la verdad que a duras penas.

quartier très excentré, dangereux et très mal fréquenté (un couple de touristes espagnols violemment agressé à 19h30 à quelques mètres de l'hôtel) PAS DE PARKING! chambre 1: ampoule cassée, chauffage à fond non réglable (il manquait le bouchon du radiateur) chambre 2: ampoule cassée, la poignée de la porte m'est restée dans la main, pas de télécommande pour la (vieille) TV chaleur suffocante dans le couloir petit-déjeuner: café et lait froids! ayant acheté des boissons et réglé 10 euros, l'hôtel n'avait pas de caisse, et n'a pu me rendre la monnaie (2,50 €) points positifs: personnel aimable, la direction a accepté un changement de chambre pour cause de radiateur brûlant.
