Desk staff was great, very helpful. Hotel's bar is being reconstructed and was a mess. (It will be nice when done!) Front revolving door was broken and not repaired all 5 days there, we all used a little side door. Little requests (repair safe, extra glasses for bathroom) were slow to appear as the hotel seemed understaffed at times. Rooms spotless and small but adequate. Overall a good hotel in a really good location. If you're really picky though avoid it, little things can add up. We passed on the 18 euro breakfasts; there is a great pastry shop/bistro diagonally across the street as well as other places in the area where you can sit out and watch Paris go by for less money. The hotel is near some great eateries and is ten minutes walk from the river, Notre Dame, and the busiest tourist area of Paris. I'd give this hotel the thumbs up.

We spent 5 days at the Villa Pantheon and couldn't have been happier. The staff was wonderful and helped us with everything we needed including making restaurant reservations for us and they had plenty of recommendations. The location is perfect if you want to do a lot of exploring, and there is a great little cafe right nextdoor to start your day off. The hotel isn't the best that we have stayed at, but the room was wonderful (ask for 602 if you can, it's the top floor and has two small balconies) with lots of space and a nice sized bed. The bar left a bit to be desired, but we were in the middle of the Latin Quarter, so that didn't really bother us.

A great hotel in the perfect neighborhood. this hotel is so perfectly situated you cant ask for more, we had a nice room with a huge bed with windows that looked out onto the street. All the staff we're very helpful and very nice, i would stay there again for sure. The space around the bed is small but if your used to staying in New York hotels this hotel was much better, clean comfortable and quite.

I have stayed here 4 times over 5 years. The location is excellent if your getting to know Paris for the first time: you are in the latin Quarter near Notre Dame and St Germain for bars/restaurants. Youve got the Jardin de Luxemborg park within a 10 min walk and its a gr8 area for strolling having coffees/ beers and relaxing. The Hotel is gone down a bit in standard and the decor is getting more tired with each passing year. The staff are Ok for Paris but the Ritz it aint. Rooms can be tight but thats Parisian hotels. If you dont have the money to go mad then Id say you can do a lot worse then this place but its not going to change your life. If I go back to Paris I will save up instead and maybe stay near the Oprea Garnier and the Place de la Madeline!!

I was a bit disappointed with this hotel. The pictures on the website were much nicer than the actual room. The room was rather small but nicely decorated. For the price, I was actually expecting a bit more. The location of the hotel is great though. Overall, this is an above average hotel, but I'm sure there are better.
