stayed at this hotel for three nights the hotel is close to both u and s bahn trains. the hotel is only 2 mins walk from the harras station exit the station in the direction of travel from the city centre the hotel is 200 meters on your right the hotel its self is very clean and well run theres a thai restraunt in the hotel cant comment on the foood did not eat there. the check in was very quick and efficent our room was on the 6 floor . the room its self was well furnished with plenty of storage and a safe and mini bar. the tv contained adult channels so could be a problem with children. also the bathroom we had had frosted glass between the bathroom and the room. the air con was very good and the beds were very comfy.the area around the hotel is very quiet theres a italian restraunt across the road which is very good . and a large pub up the road turn right out of the hotel about 5 mins walk away next to the next subway stop after harras it sells good food . this is a great hotel for people on a budget and its only 8 mins from munich city centre by subway . we stayed room only breakfast was offered but it was 15 euro pppn which is very expensive .

I stayed at this hotel on a business trip. I read somewhere else that it's a "boutique hotel" which may be a good thing because it does have character.
However the Ambiance didn't quite win me over - rugs rather than carpet, no information packs (yes we all know what to do but it's still useful to have a quick scan), or anything to help make a warm drink in the room, all help to mark this hotel down.
One of the plus points was although there was a breakfast buffet included in the room rate, the kitchen would tolerate special orders. In my case an omelette, at no extra charge.
This wasn't bad hotel by a long stretch, but it wasn't particularly great either.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for the first and last night of an Eastern Europe tour. The hotel was nice. I liked that it felt small, unlike a 300 room super chain. The rooms were nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a catered meal there on both nights. The food was average. The restaurant looked wonderful and if I were to stay again I would definitely check it out. The hotel isn't that close to the downtown area. I would've liked to have stayed closer to the downtown area where there would be more to see on our walks.
