Prima di tutto, ottima posizione! In un attimo si raggiunge la zona del porto, famosa per i suoi localini, i ristoranti, i negozi, i défilés delle discoteche…In un minuto a piedi siete nell’affascinante ed elegante città vecchia, assolutamente da non perdere. Tuttavia, dovreste riuscire a dormire indisturbati perché l’hotel è in una strada laterale abbastanza silenziosa: la nostra stanza dava sul retro e non abbiamo mai sentito rumori esterni, solo qualche giovincello nel corridoio di ritorno da qualche discoteca…ma questi possono capitare a Ibiza! Proprio di fronte all’ingresso dell’hotel trovate un negozio di noleggio scooter (comodissimo!) e se pianificate di fare un salto nella vicina Formentera non vi servirà il taxi, dal momento che i traghetti partono a circa 100 metri. Parcheggiare un’auto potrebbe creare difficoltà nel centro di Eivissa, ma dietro all’hotel c’è un parcheggio piuttosto capiente. La nostra stanza era essenziale ma spaziosa (ne abbiamo chiesta una col balcone) e adatta alle nostre esigenze: siamo rimasti 3 notti e tutto ci è sembrato perfetto, compreso il servizio. La colazione a buffet era completa e disponibile dalle 7 alle 10. Non abbiamo provato la piscina perché abbiamo preferito esplorare le bellissime spiagge dell’isola. Ci sentiamo di suggerire questo hotel soprattutto a coloro che intendono stare nel cuore di Eivissa per vivere in modo più comodo tutto quello che la città offre soprattutto nella serata (locali, pub, ristoranti, negozi) e per girare a piedi fra l’allegra folla estiva…

This is an adequate, but very basic hotel. Good location - it's right in Ibiza town, so if you are heading to Ibiza to party, it's centrally located. The rooms were spartan - two twin beds, basic bathroom. The air conditioning was pretty weak. There is an onsite restaurant -- reminded me of a college dining hall, and breakfast is included. Nice pool -- and large sun deck. The front desk was pretty helpful with pointing out where things are, and they sell discounted club tickets Maybe this is a European thing, but common hallways were not lit at night. We felt safe, but you had to push a button along the wall to get the hall lights to light up. Overall, clean, safe and basic.

We booked this accommodation mostly because of the pretty positive reviews on spolight Ibiza and it looked the best value for Ibiza Town. We were definatley not in Ibiza for a full on clubbing holiday but knew we would have a few big nights and the apartments suited us perfectly. whilst the rooms etc are all perfectly fine it's the location that's the biggest selling point. It is literally a five min walk from the port/old town and a 10-15 min walk to the big clubs (pasha/el devinio - but set back in a quiet streeet so there's no noise We booked an apartment rather than a bedroom based on recommendations and i'm certain it was the right thing to do. It was great to have the extra space (and fridge) that the apartment gave us which saved us being cramped up in a small bedroom. Everything was very clean, the sheets were changed twice in the week (whenever we took down the do not disturb), the staff were friendly and helpful and there was no "noise" to speak of which had been a worry. The a/c was not the strongest but with two room cards it allowed us to leave it on full time which was spot on. There are no great views from this hotel but we still had a good sized balcony over looking the pool which was fine. The pool area isn't glamorous but it is perfectly fine - simple clean, hardly busy and always plenty of sun beds. We didn't use any of the hotel facilities (restaurant, gym, sauna) - but the reception staff were always helpful. All in for Ibiza - i'd say pretty good and would go back.

Reservamos este alojamiento más que nada por las opiniones bastante positivas que vimos en Ibiza Spotlight y nos pareció la mejor relación calidad-precio en Ibiza ciudad. Desde luego, no habíamos ido a ibiza sólo para ir de juerga, pero sí queríamos un par de noches locas y el apartamento nos vino de perlas. Aunque las habitaciones, etc. están más que bien, su gran baza es la situación. Está literalmente a cinco minutos a pie del puerto y la ciudad vieja y a 10-15 minutos de las discotecas grandes (Pachá, El Divino), pero escondido en una calle tranquila, así que no hay ruido. Reservamos un apartamento, mejor que una habitación, siguiendo las recomendaciones y no me cabe duda de que fue lo mejor. Nos vino genial el espacio extra (y el frigorífico) del apartamento, que nos salvó de apelotonarnos en una habitación pequeña. Todo estaba limpio, las sábanas las cambiaron dos veces durante la semana (siempre que quitamos el cartel de “no molestar”), el personal era amable y atento y no se podía hablar de “ruido”, cosa que nos preocupaba. El aire acondicionado no era el más potente del mundo, pero como teníamos dos llaves-tarjeta, podíamos dejarlo encendido todo el tiempo y conseguir la temperatura justa. Este hotel no tiene muy buenas vistas, pero aún así disfrutamos de un balcón de buen tamaño con vistas a la piscina, que no estaba mal. La zona de la piscina no es glamourosa, pero está más que bien: simple, limpia, poco concurrida y siempre con muchas hamacas disponibles. No hicimos uso de ninguna instalación del hotel (restaurante, gimnasio, sauna...), pero el personal de recepción siempre fue de ayuda. A tope en Ibiza: yo diría que estuvo bastante bien y volvería.
