The location is OK. About 20 minutes to the city center by tram/bus. It takes rather long to go from the airport to the hotel as the hotel is not close to any of the rail stations - approx 45 min to 1 hr travel time from airport. The price for this hotel on expedia is great compared to everything else we could find in Milan. The breakfast was OK, front-desk service was average. The rooms were big enough with everything you would need. Recommended for people on a budget. There are some good restaurants near the hotel (about 5-10 minute walk).

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was a treat. What more could you expect for such a reasonable value? The place was clean and modern and the breakfast was passable. The staff were extremely friendly and willing to help with directions, places to go etc. Roberto was especially helpful offering limoncello into the early hours. Getting into the centre of Milan was simple by tram and the cost of a taxi was only about 10 euros. Would definately return.

I found this hotel through easyjet hotels on the internet. We seemed to get a better deal than booking online directly from the hotel so it was a reasonable price. The hotel was about a 25 minute tram ride or 10 minute taxi ride from the centre of Milan. It was clean with good facilities including Sky TV. The breakfast, which was included in the room price, was really nice with a lot of choice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative thing I can say about the hotel is that some of the other guests were quite noisy in the corridors at night, but I guess you can't blame the hotel for that. All in all a reasonably priced hotel in quite an expensive city.

Positives 1. For $70.00 CAD per night, this place was a steal. Rooms are modern and the pictures that are shown on the hotels website are accurate depictions. Flat-pannel TV, with language selection, was a nice touch. 2. Free breakfast was delicious! Excellent coffee! 3. Very close to the streetcar to go downtown. Negatives 1. The airconditioning in the rooms does not come on until about 1700h and shuts off at about 0800h. Trying to get over jet lag in a hot room was not so good. 2. Noise transmission in this hotel is higher than average -- walls are thin and you can hear people talk in the hall. 3. This hotel has the smallest elevator I have ever seen! You may get two average size people in this elevator at most, without any luggage! I had to make two trips just to get my stuff to my room. Elevators are very very slow too. Its a low-rise building so you can take the stairs.

I Booked this hotel due to my budget and was not expecting much at all. I also did not do my homework, and booked on the spur of the moment. After reading the reviews on this site i was feeling very woried. And felt i needed to confess to my girlfriend (on the plane) about the "auful" hotel we will be spending our 4 nites in. She was not impressed. Until we arrived about 1am, and were warmly welcomed by polite staff. The room was clean, a very nice bathroom, and perfect for the purpose of the trip. The hotel is 10 mins from the centre by tram. And has a nice cafe opposite who put up with my terrible italian. For the price i paid £40 a nite i think this a bargin for young travelers. The only bad point is it can get a bit noisey, however this was not really an issue. This place doest not deserve the bad press it has recieved on this site and i recommend it!!!
