We have just returned from a 4 night stay at Tierras de Jerez. This a great hotel for staying in Jerez. It is well located to see all the attractions of Jerez and there are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The bus and train station are also within walking distance.
The staff were great, really welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. They went out of their way to ensure we made the most of our stay in Jerez..
Our rooms were spacious (rooms 107 & 108), clean and comfortable. Great showers with excellent water pressure and complimentary toiletries.
Buffet breakfast was excellent with freshly squeezed juices, fresh bread and pastries and a selection of cereals, cold meats and cheeses and fresh fruit and yoghurts. Tea and coffee was served to you at the table.
We enjoyed our stay in Tierras de Herez and would stay here again.

This was our second visit to the hotel this year and we stayed for four nights on both occasions. The hotel is central for the town, main attractions and a short walk to the train and bus stations. The bedrooms, whilst admittedly are not that big, were clean, well appointed and comfortable. The continental breakfast was varied and fresh with plenty of coffee available. The staff were friendly and helpful and there is free internet access and wifi. We hope to stay there again soon.

This hotel was okay. It seemed clean enough, except for the carpet was stained and appeared dirty. We had rented a car, and the parking was a complete nightmare. The numerous plazas made it very difficult to drive to the hotel - we ended up parking and walking to the hotel, then coming back for our car. The hotel parking was underground and was very steep, with two incredibly sharp turns. The staff had to help us get the car in there and get it out again. Ugh. This hotel was fine for a one night stay, and its location was good.

Although it is very difficult to find, this hotel is well worth the search. On arrival we were advised that our car might be too big for their underground car park (Nissan 4wd). It was okay though with a bit of manoeuvring. The rooms are lovely with well equipped bathrooms and ours had a balcony overlooking the square. Breakfast was very good, all cold but a variety of fruit, cakes, bread, cereals etc. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We stayed during Easter Week and at night the parades went on until 4am which was a bit disturbing. However that was our fault for choosing that time of year. The location is great for the sherry tours and the Horse School. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Although I can't point out many faults about this hotel, it just didn't quite live up to the expectations I had. The front desk was very helpful, cannot fault that - the girl there gave me another room when my original room turned out to have some kind of horrible smell in it - so, even though they were fully booked, she popped me into a different room - so someone else got the smelly room :) But still... the rooms were absolutely tiny, and I mean TINY. The window opened to a dark closed yard, so not much of a view either and the carpet and bedcovers had cigarette holes in it.
The bathroom was good though, very clean and modern and the breakfast was also superb.
