We stayed overnight at this hotel during our recent trip to Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons.
This was decent, clean hotel on the outskirts of Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Our room was a basic hotel room with two queen beds, a small table and chairs and a decent sized bathroom. There was a jacuzzi tub in our bathroom that we did not use. It did look inviting. The water in the tub/shower drained very slowly after taking a shower.
Our minimal contact with the front desk staff was pleasant. There was a large outdoor pool area, which looked nice. I would stay here again without hesitation.

This hotel was very average. The luggage valets had broken wheels and were heavily soiled. The room was very clean but dated and the bathroom was in mediocre condition. We reserved a room with a King size bed and a queen size sofa sleeper for our 2 children. The sofa sleeper is NOT QUEEN size. It is a very small full size and and you could feel the bar under the mattress (one of my children is 5'4" and 125 pounds). I thought I was paying for a room that would comfortably sleep my children. The bathroom towels were worn and not very big and all of the chrome in the bathroom was very dated and covered in hard water stains. The breakfast buffet used all styrofoam dishes and the food selection was average.
Our room was quite dark, even with all of the lights turned on.
The pros were friendly and helpful staff, laundry on premises and a convenient location. My youngest one loved the carved bears they have located thru out the hotel for decoration.

For the price, a good hotel. We planned a last minute trip to the Grand Tetons and stayed here most of the time. The rooms were large and we loved that it had a refrigerator and microwave. The front desk was helpful in finding a river trip for us. Go to Billy's for the burgers, and the BBQ place across the street from the hotel.

We stayed at the BW Lodge at Jackson Hole on May 28, 2008. Several electrical outlets in our suite did not work. The bathroom walls were beat up. There was mold around the chipped whirlpool and it looked disgusting. We requested that the Manager address these issues in a letter to us. As of July 6, 2008, we have not received an explanation as to what is going to be done to rectify the situation.
Expensive Suite + Poor Customer Service = Disappointing Experience!

The Lodge at Jackson Hole was well kept and clean. The lobby and common areas were nice.
I was immediately "put off" by non-enthusiastic front desk personnel opon my arrival. This was not the norm during my trip through Wyoming where everyone else seemed very friendly and customer oriented.
Anyway... the lodge is not in a walking area of the town and I was not too impressed by the breakfast considering the room price.
Bubba's bar-b-que is close by. Good eats there!
I left wondering if I should have stayed somewhere else...
