Hotel is a good 3 star property. For me the best thing about it is its location in the centre of the city. One downside is that it can be noisy at night from traffic and people in the street or in neighbouring rooms as the soundproofing is not too good.
In regard to room /cleanliness, etc. it was totally adequate for the hotel rating. On the whole everything was great although some of the reception staff need to interact more with guests and some have not learnt how to smile!!!
Coffee at breakfast is horrid, from one of those awful automatic dispensers and tea just as bad but that is a small thing.
Just OK

We found this hotel to just be OK. Because it's right on Gran Via, it's convenient walking to the cathedral, the shopping area behind the cathedral, Plaza Nueva, and the bus stops to get to/from the Alhambra. The problem with being in such a convenient location is the noise throughout the evening. Although the windows were double-paned, we could still hear groups of people talking and cars going by all through the night We were facing street-side, and were on the 2nd floor. I'm guessing if you were to get a room not facing Gran Via, the noise pollution would not be a factor... but just to be on the safe side, you may want to consider bringing your ear plugs with you.
The room was fine - what you would expect of a chain hotel. Our triple room was spacious and acceptably clean. I wouldn't call it spic-and-span clean, acceptable. The bathroom lacked an effective fan, though, so after somebody took a shower, you could feel the humidity. Also, beware of the lamps along the headboards, as one of my friends found her hair was singed while she was leaning back reading a book under the lamp.

Great location with the bonus of a car park. Many places in Granada are impossible to get to by car, so a point to remember!
Room was really big, styled in 90s decor. bathroom clean.
Bonus of free internet wireless.
TV has CNN.
We did not have breakfast, but you can have it in the hotel - not sure if it is included in the price.
Very reasonably priced hotel, around 70 euro
I would go back if I was driving. May look into other options if I didn't have a car to worry about.
Basic, clean accommodation.

In a nutshell, this place was not at all what I had expected. The hotel is rated as 3 stars, but I wouldn't give it anything higher than 2 stars. The main lobby is nice, with updated flooring and accessories. However, once you step out of the elevator and onto your floor everything changes. The hallway was dark, wreaked of cigarettes, and was a horrible dark brown and dark orange color. The rooms were no better! Our room lacked any character and felt colder than a jail cell. It was decorated in a freakish yellow and drab grey throughout (not one ouce of any of colors in the room or bathroom). Our in-room safe was broken. And the carpet looked like it had been there since 1980 w/out even one swipe of a vacuum over it. The overall vibe was horrible and we didn't want to spend any more time than we had to in this place. The only good thing it had going on was its location....but thats no where near enough incentive to stay there. Please, don't stay here.
