Pretty good stay

This hotel worked out pretty well for us. The price was much more attractive then some of the neighboring hotels. Breakfast (included) was good. The rooms were a little small. We didn't find it to be noisy at night or in too bad of any area. We weren't out on the streets late at night either. It would be nice if there was more of a common area/lobby for guests to sit - there isn't tons of extra space. Overall and for the money, it is a fine place to stay.
Horrendous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A group of ten of us went to brussels to celebrate my 40th birthday..Someone else booked it as a suprise for me, well, it certainly was!!!!!Great weekend although this hotel is the pits!! We had to move hotels and pay again as i was at the end of my tether.after the first night...Not a wink of sleep, the noise was soooo bad, No double glazing. stunk of fags everywhere, even in your rooms. No bar. Staff rude. Lift downright dangerous. Dirty. Rooms are like rabbit hutches and the bathrooms were 1970s. The room was freezing at night because the windows were so bad. The beds were crap. And that was the room we moved to after complaining about the first one they gave us. The first one had no handle on the wardrobe door, all the shelves in the wardrobe had collapsed. All the net curtain was ripped. Disgusting, don'tn know how the hell they have 3stars.......... Don't book to go here............

stayed for 2 nights, very friendly reception staff, room comfortable and clean bathroom the same.
breakfast is a buffet which is served to you(cheese, ham, pastrys etc) and there is plenty to eat and drink.
although near to the red light area a family could stay here and not notice(you have to go looking for it)
ideally situated for the metro and main line station and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, grand place, irish bars basically everything you need is there.
brussels is clean tidy fairly reasonable to eat out and drink, the people are a bit quiet but hey they can be like that anywhere. proof of the pudding is i would stay there again.
i have read some of the previous reviews and belive that some people want 5 star value for 3 star prices. this hotel is what it says a good value 3 star hotel.

The hotel seems well located but is next door to red light district. The service is very poor and you can hear too much noise from the outside. Not recommend at all!
