Reservamos un paquete de 2 noches y hemos disfrutado muchísimo de la estancia y del trato del personal. Si volvemos a Jerez, sin duda nos hospedaremos en el Hotel Jerez: la comida es fantástica y el trato inmejorable. Tienen Spa y peluquería. Las habitaciones que dan hacia la piscina son estupendas, es muy tranquilo y está bien situado, ¿que más podemos pedir? Gracias por vuestro servicio.

A pleasant 4/5 star hotel on the outskirts of town. A wonderful relaxing pool area and attentive service in a quiet corner of Jerez. Its not as flash as some of the other hotels but has a quality feel to it and seems to be frequented by many of the 'well heeled' locals! (always a good sign). It is however a good 15 min walk into town so be prepared to work up an apetite. The taxi back is about 8 euros. There is a good restaurant on site but Jerez is so good to explore in the evenings that I have never eaten there in the four times I have stayed. Free Intrnet in the lobby and it looks like there are wireless antennas in the corridors but I have never been able to connect. New fitness studio and indoor pool,Sauna and Steamroom at an extra price. Why do we put up with paying extra for such services? Essentially a nice place to stay if you like a walk before dinner.

Got a good deal on a Junior suite for 3 nights direct from the hotel for our family of four, 2 adults 2 girls, 13 and 10. Rooms (2 bedrooms, lounge and bathroom) were very good with exceptionally large balcony outside. Virtually everything was what you would expect from a 5* hotel though the girls did bemoan the lack of a full length mirror!! The outside pool was very large with lifeguards present who also bought you pool towels and sunbeds. The inside pool and spa facilities were good as was the small gym. Breakfast provided a good choice of food. The restaurant did a barbeque each evening during August (we had a lovely meal one night) aswell as the restuarant meals (these can be pricey and reflect the 5* rating with a more upmarket cuisine - not the sort of thing our girls eat). The hotel is a fair walk outside of town (15-20 mins) but there are nice restaurants within 10 mins walk of it. Hotels nearer to town do not have the large grounds that this hotel does. Jerez is a lovely city and 3 nights was not long enough to see and do everything.

Habitaciones: Habitación de tamaño regular, parece necesitar una renovación. El baño estaba bien con doble lavabo y una bonita bañera/ducha. Una terraza grande con vista a los jardines. Bar/Restaurante: El desayuno estaba muy bien, con mucho surtido. En las tardes el restaurante y bar estaban vacíos porque era temporada baja, y sin música de fondo ¡te hacía sentir muy solo! Jerez no tiene muchos restaurantes así que no nos quedaba mucha opción. Piscina/Jardines/Cancha de tenis: La piscina al aire libre estaba cerrada, aunque se veía muy bonita. Los jardines estaban muy bien cuidados. En general el hotel estaba bien, aunque no tenía nada especial y no era tan bueno como las críticas que había leído en línea. La ubicación del hotel tenía mal acceso al centro de la ciudad - alrededor de 30 minutos a pie.
