I just came back from a long weekend in Paris. Les Jardins du Marais was a relaxing, clean hotel. From the moment we walked in the front door we were greeting by hotel staff that spoke English and handled our check in smoothly. The courtyard was beautiful, bright colored flowers and lots of outdoor seating, very relaxing after a long day of touring. Buffet breakfast in the morning hit the spot before you start your day. The room was new with very comfortable beds and great bedding, the bathroom was so clean, maid serve great extra towels delivered within minutes. I will stay there again. Nice restaurant next store, staff there very good and great food. Hotel is in a great spot close the transportation and easy access to taxi. MG, Media, PA

Easy to get to (2 metro lines), easy to book online, nice service, pleasant little courtyard between the multiple buildings. We stayed only one night. Small room, as is the European norm.

Well the only criticism I have on this hotel is that it is way closer to the Bastille than to the Marais. Depending on the goal of your visit, it remains OK located.
It is a really nice hotel laid out around a very large pleasant and quiet patio. The staff is friendly and efficient.
The room was ok, with a little kitchenette. For the price, one cannot expect anything better in Paris. Good bed though...
Airco was a little noisy, but hey..there was airco...
Next time i take some small bags of instant coffee from home. As usual in hotels they provide for a water cooker, some cups and exactly two sachets of coffee for the whole stay...
I know..i am sweating the small stuff..

The hotel consists of several buildings along a former street in the marais. The street is now a dead end street and converted in a courtyard for the hotel, which is very nice, but sometimes noisy at night when you have a room at the courtyard side. It's a large hotel with different groups of clients, like businesspeople, tourists, teenagergroups and elderly people. My room in the gauguin building was really very small, so was also the bed.
Simple airco, simple minibar with a few softdrinks (cans).

i booked this hotel through eurostar at the same time as booking my eurostar tickets the eurostar rep i was speaking to recommended it because of its location which i have to say is excellent.
the room we were staying in was good nice and clean, fairly spacious but basic, on arrival we found that the toilet did not flush and as soon as i had told reception about this it was fixed straight away, we wanted a cuppa but although there were tea bags and coffee etc there was no kettle cups or milk, so we opted for a cold drink out of the mini bar at a staggering 10euros per can ( what a rip off)
the next day we found breakfast also a rip off 20euros each for a crappy breakfast which is supposed to be english or american
thats not what i would call english or american.
all in all after our easter break that my wife and i enjoyed having never seen paris before i would certaintly not recommend the rip off les jardins du marais hotel to anyone.
no wonder nobody was seen using the bar at night..
