We stayed for two nights at an AARP rate of $80/$89, respectively. The hotel is spotlessly clean, bright and welcoming. Hotel check-in and housekeeping staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. Our double-queen room was spacious, had a fridge, microwave and coffeemaker--very convenient. The bathroom was adequate size and the shower worked well.
The breakfast included scrambled eggs, meat (sausage one day, bacon the other), potatoes, various breads/bagels, cereals, yoghurt, white/chocolate milk, juices, coffee and fruit. It was served in a sunny room off the lounge. It was one of the best we've had.
The hotel had free wireless internet access. It was located off the Interstate and convenient to restaurants and shopping. Despite it's proximity to I-94, the excellent soundproofing made for a quiet stay. It was definitely a good value and we'd return again when visiting Kenosha.

First the good news ... the room was acceptable for its price range and the continental breakfast was very good.
The room was what I would expect from a room priced where it was among neighboring hotels.
The continental breakfast was above average for what hotels typically call continental breakfast. In addition to bagels, english muffins and fruit the breakfast included do-it-yourself waffles, eggs, bacon and sausage.
The booking and customer service was challenging. For reasons I don't fully understand, the online booking would only provide options to book two different types of rooms ... for example, one couldn't book two queen-bed rooms, you had to select a queen-bed room and a "handicapped" double-bed room. In the area on the reservation page for comments, I requested adjoining rooms.
I changed the length of my stay before I arrived, which required that I call Best Western's customer service. The first customer service representative dropped my call a minute into the call. With the second customer service representative, it wasn't clear that the representative was really paying attention to what I was asking and was really doing what I asked. It was apparent from long pauses in the call that the customer service center was a large room with many people on the phone ... I could hear other call center people talking to other customers. Fortunately, they really did get my request correct, although I wasn't comfortable at the time this had happened.
My wife called the hotel directly a day later and requested that the rooms be adjoining rooms. She was assured the rooms would be adjoining.
When we arrived, we were given two rooms separated by a couple of rooms. We were told there were no adjoining rooms at all in the hotel. After about ten minutes of "discussion" with the hotel clerk, we were given two adjacent, but not adjoining, rooms.
In summary, the on-site experience after check-in was acceptable, but customer service made our pre-arrival and arrival experience uncertain and unpleasant.

We usually stay at this hotel 4-5 times a year when we want to take a quick trip or just get away for a night. Living in Chicago, it is conveniently just over the Wisconsin border, about an hour north just off I-94. Nothing fancy about this hotel by any means. However, the price is right, the staff is always friendly, the rooms are clean, indoor pool is adequate and there is a good-sized lounge in the hotel. Love the fact the lounge has Buzztime trivia games! Lake Geneva is about a 30 minute drive straight west. The Dairyland Greyhound Park is a couple miles northeast. Not far from Gurnee Mills shopping and Six Flags Great America. The Jelly Belly factory is also in the area. Wouldn't recommend this hotel for an extended stay, but the Best Western Executive Inn definitely works for an overnight stay!

I was on my yearly excursion to Gurnee Mall and decided to stay at the Best WEstern Executive Inn in Kenosha, as rate was $57 on ORbitz. ($64 with tax)..I will not be staying there next year...I was woken up on a Sunday morning at 6:00 am to the sound of the people talking in the next room. I could swear they were in my room or in the Hallway. The walls were so thin, that everytime they talked you could hear their conversation. They also were using walkie talkies to communicate with someone, and that kept ringing. ..Otherwise property is clean and updated. Continental breakfast consisted of waffles, bagels and assorted pastries, cereal, apples, juices and coffee. I didn't use the pool or
lounge so can't comment of those....front desk personnel were friendly..
