Booked on Venere.com After a lengthy but leafy drive through French fields and up and down a few hills, we found a delightful oasis. Not too far from the autoroute from Paris and then just a few minutes off the principal road linking several important Loire Valley Chateaux, we came up the Domaine de Beauvois. What a charming spot, with professional, courteous staffmembers, who actually seem happy to find visitors in their midst. Further, they were very encouraging and helpful about helping to plan our days' trips to several different chateaux and gardens. And, when the day was over, we very much enjoyed repairing to the Domaine for a sumptuous dinner and relaxing atmosphere. Even breakfast was delightful...certainly not a skimpy affair! While we didn't have time to sample the spa facilities nor the wine cellar for a tasting, we had a very nice time and would certainly return.

Le we dernier mon mari et moi sommes partis en Touraine... Nous avons profité d'offres promo trouvé sur internet pour nous offrir un nuit dans un château. Quelle belle aventure(c'était la premiere fois que je testais la vie de luxe). Nous avons été tres bien accueilli dans l'hotel choisi : LE DOMAINE DE BEAUVOIS. La chambre été superbe ainsi que le petit déjeuner. C'est bien agréable de pouvoir profiter de grands établissements et châteaux hôtels pour le prix d'un formule 1. Nous avons profité pour visiter le château de villandry et ces jardins somptueux que je vous conseille. L'offre pour la nuit d'hotel a été repérée sur (...) Bref, une super experience pour les petits budgets à tenter absolument !!

This Chateau is beautiful, clean & comfortable. The grounds are immaculate (tennis court, pool etc.). The staff is very professional & plesant. It is slightly off the beaten track which makes going out for a quick meal a bit difficult. We didn't go to the hotel restaurant, the menu was very pricey, but perhaps the food justified the price. Would we go back - probably not. No fault of the hotel, it just wasn't our style. Decor & guests were a bit too stuffy. Seemed like a place for an older couple who wanted a formal get away.
