The hotel is locate just 3 minutes from the main station on the way to piazza maggiore. Rooms a nice but a bit small. Breakfast is good but the eating area could be nicer.

Hotel lacked any charm or character but we not planning to spend much time there and the room rate of 99 euros p.n. was reasonable. Good location at the end of one of the main streets and very handy for the airport shuttle bus (drop off and pick up at the train station). Breakfast buffet was better than I expected with a good choice on offer. The room however was too hot with hot air being blasted out from 2 vents continuously. There was no control in the room to adjust the temperature and the air conditioning controls seemed to be turned off elsewhere. When we complained at the front desk we were told that other guests had complained it was too cold! On our first night it was 30 degrees in the room when we first arrived. We has to sleep with our window wide open all night for our 3 night stay in November! Would not stay here again here solely for this reason.

Very Good Hotel. It is just one minute walk from the central railway station and next to the main shopping street Via Independenza. Our room was specious, very clean and everything was in perfect order. Service is very good. Staff speaks enough English and they help you out with everything. Breakfast is good, I liked the sausages. The pay parking is next to the hotel. I will definately like to visit this chain of the hotels all over the world.

Siamo stati in quest’hotel durante la nostra luna di miele e abbiamo incontrato qualche difficoltà. Prima di tutto, l’addetto alla ricezione era sgarbato: gli pesava molto dover effettuare un “check in” anticipato, nonostante l’avessimo richiesto espressamente all’atto della prenotazione. La camera era bella (qualità 4 stelle), eravamo molto soddisfatti. Il giorno successivo dovevamo andare in aeroporto, così abbiamo chiesto alla reception di chiamarci un taxi piuttosto presto. La mattina dopo si è presenatto un tassista che lavora per una compagnia ma anche in proprio, ci ha fatto pagare il doppio del prezzo normale. Si suppone che un hotel “4 stelle” debba tutelare i propri clienti e, quindi, rivolgersi a un servizio taxi affidabile. Se potete permettervelo, andate a stare allo Starshotel Excelsior. Noi abbiamo trascorso lì la nostra prima notte ed era perfetto. Il servizio del Jolly Hotel non era buono, ma è sopportabile se per motivi di disponibilità o di prezzo non potete andare in un altro posto. Basta solo che non vi aspettiate troppo, oppure dovete sperare di ricevere un servizio migliore di quello che è toccato a noi.
