At the end of a baseball trip up the East Coast, this was my final hotel in my final city. This place was spectacular!
The only -- ONLY -- significant drawback for a single person traveling with friends is that there is no "traditional entrance". Normally those things are tacky, but when catching a cab, they're quite benficial.
Otherwise, for a 2 twin-bed room (bed sizes were btwn twins and fulls), layout was great, location great, comfort superb. I would easily stay here again!

Arriving in Boston around 11PM after a 28 hour flight from Australia, my partner and I were looking for somewhere quiet and comfortable to recover from our journey. Jury's was perfect. Check-in was blindingly fast (and they even gave us refreshing hot towels at reception). The room was just large enough, and really comfortable. A perfectly acceptable room service meal was delivered to our room within minutes of ordering and we had a great night's sleep. And walking distance to the Public Garden next morning - couldn't have asked for more.

We were able to check in early afternoon and were given a room on the side of the Pub courtyard. Check in was managed thoroughly and quickly. Upon arrival to the room, the front desk called up to make sure all was OK. The room was nicely decorated, with 2 bathrobes, l'occitane bath products, 2 complimentary chilled water bottles, Conde Nast travel mag, free wireless as well as free use of the business centre and printer (handy for on-line check-in). Heated towel rack was a nice touch although not needed in the summer. Blow dryer was located in the closet (outside the bathroom). Beds were very comfortable. Turndown service included 2 chocolates left as a treat.
Only downside: carpet in our room was a little 'worse for wear' with some noticeable stains and the pub is popular so we could hear them into the early morning. Staff were very accommodating in allowing us a late check out (mid afternoon) as our departing flight left late. Hotel is in great location, within walking distance to shopping, public transportation etc. We even walked home after the RedSox game! Hotel itself is nicely decorated although small lobby - understandable given that it is a converted former police station. The staff at Jury's were very friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Would definitely stay again, mainly for the service!

We tried Jury's from recommendations here on Trip Advisor and once again we weren't disappointed by everyone's suggestions! We fell in love with this hotel, the service was beyond what we've experienced with other stays (even 5 star). Everyone on staff, front desk, bell hops, valet drivers and general manager were extremely welcoming.
They even helped us dismantle our travel box from the top of our vehicle in traffic (and then kept the box for us in storage in the hotel) --was really a special sight my husband doesn't want to re-live! Note to other box top travelers---travel boxes on top of SUV's or Mini-vans don't clear parking garages in Boston, none of them, notta.....
Hotel was clean and inviting, fabulous eclectic style. Awesome location, no vehicle needed. Close to freedom trail and lots of restaurants within easy walking distance. Bathroom, very nice, heated towel warmers, robe, etc... Toiletries lovely! The bars in the hotel were packed. The hotel is in what seems to be the "financial district" We were there on a Fri. and Sat. night---professional crowd.
Highly recommend! I searched out the best deal on Travelocity and then called the hotel directly, they honored the same rate. Hope you enjoy Jury's and Boston as much as we did!

We visit Boston every summer and stay at a different hotel each time in order to sample as many as possible and to find a "favorite". Based on countless positive reviews we selected Jurys this visit. Although the location was very good and the room satisfactory I was quite disappointed with the stark and generic ambiance. The lobby is cramped, unimpressive and awkwardly located a flight up from the street. This made a poor first impression of which we were reminded each time we arrived at or departed from the hotel. Although my husband waited at the curb for me to check in, no doorman or valet greeted him to ask if he could be of service. The front desk staff was cordial but distant. Nothing about the check-in experience, or the hotel for that matter, felt welcoming. With all the hotel choices available to Boston visitors I'd think twice before selecting Jurys.
