Arrived late Sunday Night, Hotel Recieptionist very accomodating and helpful.
Hotel Clean and efficient.
Rooms very Modern
Massive Showers.
Beds not the most comfortable Ive slept on, but room was pleasant.
Below the hotel, is a shopping centre that has a reasonable selection of shops / places to eat and there are a few Banks / ATM's close by.
Hotel food very limited, but bar staff do their best to raise a smile.
Taxi's arranged every day and always sent off / greeted back by the recieption staff with a smile.
Breakfast continental and as you would expect.
Lack of coke / drinks vending machines for out of hours snackers
Total of 5 nights spent at the hotel and when im back in the area on Buisness, this will be my number one choice of places to stay.

My secreatary made a confirmed reservation with this hotel through a corporate travel agent. The reservation was guaranteed.
I arrived at the hotel to be told by the reception clerk that though I held a guaranteed reservation, there was no room for me.
The desk staff offered no explanation except that a mistake had been made. This was not discovered as I arrived. They knew I was coming and the hotel management (apparently) made no attempt to contact me.
They said they had made a reservation at a similar class hotel and put me in a cab to go there.
Not only was their booking completely inappropriate (It was a smoking room rather than a non-smoking room, in a hotel some distance away), but the staff actually sent me to the wrong place, which required me to walk quite far with heavy luggage.
Unacceptable. Unprofessional. Incompetent.
I shudder to think how this hotel would behave if you were a guest and had a special request, or, god forbid, an emergency. If I could be treated this way when my reservation was placed on behalf of my client, one of Stuttgart's (and Germany's) most important businesses, I cannot imagine how a poor independent traveller might be treated.
I repeat: unacceptable, unprofessional, incompetent.
