I booked a room here for 1 night prior to leaving adelaide. The reservation process was easy and pain free, on checkin the staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean and comfortable, nothing amazing but had the basic amenities one would expect. For $120 a night it was quite reasonable. The only downfall was its location, its about a 20-25 minute walk into the center of town, or 5 minute walk to catch the tram (which is free) into town.

Stayed in the hotel for over a week. The room was quite small and a bit dirty. The breakfast - quite limited/ not eneough variety: egg, bacon, bread, cereal and fruits - everyday. The coffee was undrinkable. The staff at the restaurant were friendly though. The hotel is quite a distance from the city. Cost AUD$10 to travel by cab to city. The tram and the bus is about ten minutes away by foot. Nothing in the south terrace (except some cafes)- where the hotel is located. We requested for some bubble wrap from the reception, string or twine and soem tape as we had bought some large items that needed to be boxed - but the requests were not met. They do not have any string or sticky tape in the hotel....can you believe that?

Wir verbrachten mehr als eine Woche in dem Hotel. Das Zimmer war recht klein und ein bisschen schmutzig. Das Frühstück recht begrenzt/nicht genügend Auswahl: Jeden Tag Eier, Schinken, Brot, Frühstückszerealien und Obst. Der Kaffee war ungenießbar. Das Personal im Restaurant war jedoch freundlich. Das Hotel ist schon etwas weiter von der Innenstadt entfernt. Man bezahlt 10 australische Dollar für das Taxi in die Innenstadt. In 10 Minuten gelangt man zu Fuß zur Straßenbahn und Bushaltestelle. In der South Terrace, wo sich das Hotel befindet, gibt es nichts (außer einigen Cafes). Wir baten an der Rezeption um etwas Luftpolsterfolie, Schnur und Klebeband, da wir einige größere Dinge gekauft hatten, die wir verpacken wollten, aber unserer Bitte konnte nicht nachgekommen werden. Sie haben weder Schnur noch Klebeband im Hotel ... kann man das glauben?

Nous sommes descendus une semaine dans cet hôtel. La chambre était vraiment petite et un peu sale. Le petit déjeuner - très limité, pas assez varié : œufs, bacon, pain, céréales et fruits – tous les jours. Le café était imbuvable. Le personnel du restaurant était sympathique néanmoins. L’hôtel est très loin du centre ville. Cela coûte 10 AUD$ pour aller en taxi au centre. Le tram et le bus sont à peu prés à 10 mn à pied. Rien dans le coin de South Terrasse où se trouve l’hôtel (à part quelques cafés). Nous avions demandé à la réception du papier à bulles, de la ficelle ou de la corde et du scotch car nous avions fait des achats qui demandaient à être emballés, mais nos demandes n’ont pas été satisfaites. Ils n’avaient pas de ficelle ni de scotch dans l’hôtel… vous vous rendez compte !

Abbiamo trascorso più di una settimana in questo albergo. La camera era abbastanza piccola e un po' sporca. La colazione era abbastanza limitata e con poca varietà: uova, bacon, pane, cereali e frutta - tutti i giorni! Il caffè era imbevibile. Il personale del ristorante, comunque, era gentile. L'albergo è abbastanza distante dalla città: un taxi per il centro costa 10 dollari australiani. Il trame l'autobus distano circa dieci minuti a piedi. Non c'è niente - a parte qualche bar - nel South Terrace, dove si trova l'albergo. Abbiamo chiesto alla reception dello spago, della carta da imballaggi e del nastro perché avevamo comprato degli articoli che dovevamo mettere in scatola per spedire, ma la nostra richiesta non è stata soddisfatta. Non hanno nastro né spago nell'albergo, voi ci credete?
