A group of us recently stayed at Motel USA- everyone in our party had problems with the hotel. One room had a full pizza left in the room and food in the fridge, one room the door didnt shut, the key cards didnt work, loud with people running everywhere. The management did nothing about any of these issues and when my credit card was charged with an extra night I was accused of lying about the dates I was there. I have stayed at many hotels and never treated this way. None of us will ever go back there even though the rates are low- as the saying goes, you get what you pay for!

The hotel recently dropped the Ramada franchise and is now named MOTEL USA. They kept the great service and have a super property. We stayed at the Motel USA, Alexandria on a recent family vacation. The rooms are large and quiet and have the nicest TV I've ever seen in a hotel room. The pool, hot tub, sauna, exercise room made for a nice family stay. The continental breakfeast was well done with waffles and fresh muffins and pastries. The free high speed wireless internet worked well. The staff was very friendly and the price was right (we paid $65/night) - we would definitely stay there again.
