All our apartments are located in one building that is situated at the corner of two Warsaw's famous streets: Nowy Swiat and Chmielna. We offer you twice as much space as a hotel. Our apartments are typical flats with rooms, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. The building has 3 entrances and in one we have our office that provides the support and keys. The office is not walk through so the privacy is on the highest level and gives a feeling being a resident in one of the best locations of Warsaw. Mientras viajé a Polonia de negocios tuve el placer de pasar cuatro días en uno de los apartamentos Royal Route. La ubicación excepcional esta en la “real” Varsovia, con todo lo que precisas a unos veinte minutos a pie. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y bien equipado, con una gran cocina funcional que incluía lavadora y secadora y un baño reluciente. Yo recomendaría este punto para el viajero semi-independiente que consiga sentirse cómodo en una situación no hotelera.

Estos apartamentos están ubicados en el centro de la ciudad en Nowy Switat – una ubicación excelente, con muchos restaurantes y destinos turísticos cerca. El apartamento en sí era agradable. Estaba limpio, era amplio, tenía una cocina, lavadora, secadora, televisor, DVD, etc. El precio fue de alrededor de € 105 por noche por un apartamento de dos dormitorios, lo que comparado con cualquier hotel u otra opción que encontré en Varsovia es una relación calidad-precio increíble. Definitivamente me hospedaré aquí nuevamente.

These apartments are located right in the city center on Nowy Swiat - an excellent location, with plenty of restaurants and tourist destinations close by. The apartment itself was very nice. It's clean, spacious, has a kitchen, washer / dryer, TV /DVD, etc. The price was around EUR 105 / night for a 2-BR apartment, which compared to any hotel or other option I found in Warsaw is incredible value. Would definitely stay here again.

Erst einmal die Pluspunkte. Es war ruhig und sauber, mit modernen europäischen Möbeln eingerichtet. Ich fand das toll. Aber es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl und nur enge Treppenaufgänge, kein Telefon auf dem Zimmer (irgendein Problem mit dem Anbieter) und im Juni keine Klimaanlage (es gibt einfach keine). Klimaanlage wäre aber ganz nett, denn im Sommer kann es dort recht heiß werden. Das Personal war nett und hat sofort einen Ventilator gebracht. Sie standen einem aber nicht immer zur Verfügung, aber schließlich handelte es sich ja auch um ein „Appartement“. Ich würde glaube ich wieder dort übernachten wollen, die das Appartement war ganz schön – nur nicht im Sommer.
