We loved staying at the palace The rooms were large and the food was excellant. The help could not have been more friendly. Cooper and Nona were a feature of the property We have a picture of the two dogs sleeping on the loveseat with them covered. We also booked a massage which was wonderful Thanks for a great time Chet & Nancy Niesel

We have just returned after spending three nights at the hotel. When we arrived we where asked if we would like an up grade at 21 euro per night we declined the offer as we thought we had booked in at the Palace hotel, we were then taken to our room on the other side of the Palace. The room was small with no bath and dingy the entrance to the building smelt of toilets. We decided that we would take the offer to upgrade. The room we were given was excelent.
The service at meal times was so slow we did not bother to have a sweet or coffee. We even had to go to reception to ask for the bill as the waitress vanished, on more than one occassion.
The breakfast was not to our taste it was not a buffet all we had was polish breakfast which was laid in front of us eg ham cheese, egg pate.
The pool was empty, could not find the gym. On one evening we went for a drink at the bar and waited for someone to serve us we waited so long we went back to our room.
We found the sfaff on reception to be very helpful when asked for anything. But the waitress's all seemed so unhappy.

I visited this property just a few days ago with my fiancee. It was really difficult to leave that place as the time was right to go back home.
The palace surrounding with gardens and hills near by all covered with snow, inside a pre Christmas time atmosphere with a cozy fire place corner in the lobby, christmas tunes in the restaurant. Perfect package for all couples looking for a place to spend their time just for each other.
The food was really good, tasty polish dishes, service was always there.
I initially checked into a standard room in an annex building, later though, as we were showed around the main palace and its huge palace chambers, we upgraded and enjoyed a true nobility flair. The chamber had plenty room and a jacouzzi in one of its corners.
As I was confronted wth some business in Krakow during daytime it was a great relieve to drive back to the palace, hop into the jacuzzi and relax within that peaceful mood.
Would recommend to anyone searching for something special and different than a typical city hotel.

We stayed at the palace during our honeymoon last month. It was absolutely gorgeous and relaxing and romantic. Everything you could want in a hotel on your honeymoon.
It is about 30km from Krakow in the countryside - if you are looking for excitement, this is not the place for you. If you want friendly staff (including the two canine greeters, Cooper & Nona - Cooper is pictured in one of the photos above), clean comfortable accommodations, great food including Polish specialties, fresh country air and a tranquil setting - this is most definitely where you want to stay!
Highly recommended.

Wow unusual to say the least. We really enjoyed our two night stay but its not for everyone.
Our room was very big and on the 2nd floor of the palace but it felt slightly damp (there are bedrooms across the street that didn't look so nice). The decoration in the hotel is ready for an update and refresh. The food was excellent and great value for money. Service was quick and efficient except for the bar where we had to track down someone each time we wanted a drink.
The electricity cut out four times on our first night. This could have been inconvenient! but my son and I decided to enjoy the experience. The staff lit candles all around and it added to the overall atmosphere of the palace.
A word of warning it is in the middle of nowhere and it takes patience and a bit of luck to find it.
