I booked this hotel through GTA and since I travelled with them all over the world I thought it will be ok, not central but with good services.
This was the worst experience of my life. I think that they have 2-3 rooms like that shown in their WEBsite pictures. The rest are like 1-2* + TV. We changed rooms but ... it was the same. The furniture is very old, the sheets tornes and dirty and the bathrooms are in the same way they made the hotel, probably 30 years ago. For the first time in my life (after Cambodia) I was afraid not to get so disease in that bathroom. I have to take the shower with my shoes on. The receptionist was very upset that I asked him politely to give me another room because the firs one had problems also with the locking system.
Bad food, very bad services, but nice town. Sorry for my English.
A hotel good if you're too drunk to know you're indoor.

We booked this hotel before checking the reviews, I thought it was too good to be true, a 4* hotel for 3 nights at ?120- it definately was. I completely agree with all of the other bad reviews. When we walked in we thought 'oh ok not quite 4* but it still looks ok' when then got up to our room which was dirty and very very worn. The bathroom was infested with ants, the walls were stained and the bed sheets were full of holes. I camplained to reception and they were more than willing to swap the room for us, the next room was a bit better- well there were no ants! We didn't find the hotel cold infact quite the opposite it was ver hot and the aircon was not too great.
On the flip side the staff were very friendly and accomodating, the breakfast was very nice and it was right next door to the tube station. All in all we werwe looking for a cheap hotel we could use as a base and had this hotel been advertised at a lower star rating I would not have been dissapointed. If you are looking for a cheap hotel then it is suitable but do not go expecting a 4*.
In regards to Milan it was great, we got a very reasonably priced bus shuttle from Bergarmo airport which was 16 euro return. The website says that the bus will stop close to hotel adam is you ask the driver. We asked the driver to do this but he told us the road was closed- it wasn't! we had to go to Central bus station and get the tube from there (the green line to the stop after Cinemano) which was very easy. We got a 48 hour tube pass for 5.5 euros again very cheap.
We made the mistake of thinking that central bus station was in the central of milan where all the shops were. we were wrong, after wondering around there for an hour thinking Milan didn't have much to offer we asked a lady to point us to the shops. We had to get back on the tube and go to Duormo stop.
This is where the big cathedral is which is stunning. We paid 7 euros to go onto the roof which was lovely and well worth it. We were not allowed into the cathedral as we had big bags and there was a religius ceremony on.
The shops were also great, some very expensive ones but also some very cheap ones. We were in our element to find that when ever we went to a cafe for a glass of wine we were served free food- usually crisps, nuts and pizza. By time it came to dinner we were not hungry!
Overall Milan is well worth a visit, its not too expensive if you don't go crazy, you can certainally see all of the sites for reasonable prices. We were there for 3 days and by the end of the third day we were ready to go home, you wouldn't need much longer unless you were going to travel to Lake Como or Bergarmo for the day.

Rooms were cold , tiles were painted in the bathroom peeling off all over, waterpressure fluctuating badly, male deskclerk really didn't want his job, all female staff very helpfull and nice.
Very expensive Wi-Fi but quickly solved through an internet cafe just around the corner, also internet computer in the lobby is charged at 3,00 / 30 mins.
Beds extremly noisy and uncomfortable.
Although next to a busy street hardly any noise from that but next door room noises made it in very easy.
Although rated 4 stars it hardly deserves 2.
Breakfasts very nice but diners not adviseable and overexpensive.

This hotel was a dump. In our first room, the lights did not work so we had to request another room. The room was dirty; the bathroom water pressure was pathetically weak; the paint was literally peeling off the walls; the shower "curtain" was dirty and swung out to prevent you from being able to lean back in the bath tub; the carpet was fraying; the computer in the lobby supposedly available to the clients was OUT OF ORDER; the breakfast room in the basement was ugly with crappy food and an instant coffee machine. The worst place I have stayed in Italy. And no restaurant and in an ugly neighborhood with no charm whatsoever.

rooms clean and spacious although the lighting was bad, air con provided but didnt work properly so room was quite hot and stuffy, quite alot of noise due to hotel bein situated on main road. Gym very small not alot of choice and in very small room, sauna closed the whole weekend i was there. Plus side is metro line bein just across the road so fairly easy to get around although in future i would choose a hotel which is more central.Plus side there is also a small parade of shops outside hotel and bus stops right outside.Overall Staff were friendly spoke fairly good english, bar area was dissapointing as no bar staff bar operated and also not much choice in the way of drinks.Overall the hotel was very clean and tidy and a cosy atmosphere although it doesnt provide much in the way of anything to do, more of a Bed & Breakfast Really.
